Cant connect a soundbar – The tv itself works fine , however i cant seem to get a soundbar to connect , its a samsung HW-M360 . Ive tried usb connection , optical connection and R&L sound cables and cant even see any way of connecting using bluetooth . Any experience on this would be greatful Show details

Absolute rubbish !!!!! – We haven’t even had it for 3 months and already lost tv Chanel’s just goes to some google movie store. Netflix and you tube work ok. Also the colour is starting to go crazy every now and then red becomes purple. I guess you get what you pay for. Big W should remove these dodgy brands. Show details

Don’t buy this tv – I’ve only had this tv for a month now and I’ve got a red line on the tv! Have no idea what’s going on, it’s been like this for a week now. Such a waste of money and now I’m going to have to take it back hopefully I can get it fixed or replaced! Will not be buying from this brand again! Show details

Feel ripped off. Do not buy – I’ve bought the TV brand new thinking this would last years considering my previous one did (12 years) however three months into using this new TV and it’s already carked it. and attempted to turn it back on. When I did the audio was gone as well as the picture, I was looking at a blank screen. Attempted to reboot the TV to no avail. Will have to fork out more money for a brand new one.

High pitched noise even when off and colour difference in middle of screen – Noticed a lighter rectangle patch in the middle of the screen which can be seen best when the screen is black and even sometimes which picture on the screen. There is also a high pitched noise that can be heard from other rooms in the house even when the tv is turned off.  Show details

Disgusted & frustrated – I recently purchased a EKO 58 inch TV just on Monday 21st December 2020 & opened it today 23rd December 2020. Set everything up like google assist & Netflix, the tv was on for about 5 minutes max & just out of nowhere the picture went black. Now the tv isn’t working no picture no nothing. Was looking to watching Christmas movies & songs with the family for Christmas but I guess I can’t now. Very very disappointed.  Show details

Do not buy this TV!! – This Tv is good for nothing.... Brought only couple days ago did not connect to internet at all was sluggish and couldn't pick up any Wi-Fi like it says it Does. I tried factory reset 4 times still couldnt so turned out to be faulty.... I wouldn't waste your time and money buying this TV from bigW only 12 month warranty and couldnt even live up… Read more

to expectation as soon as turned on would hate to see what it's like after 12 month of use you will end up having to replace. Can admit picture quality was great. But anything else was just dodgy cheap and nasty.... My advice spend that extra $200 and get a better TV. If you are looking for a TV to JUST watch Digital TV on go for it but anything to do with internet etc DONT BOTHER. Customer service kept sighing at me every time I tried to speak! I took back to BigW before the 15 day in-store warranty run out and got a full refund and spent the extra $200 on a good brand TV.
