Not Happy – Do not purchase EKO TV. I purchased a 75in from Big W the first 1 was cracked it was replaced only watched it for 2 days when I started seeing colour lines on screen then the screen went black I could only hear but couldn't see anything. If you really really can't afford anything better then go for it but if you can pay the extra and get a better brand – Look for the price it's ok has some good features and what not easy to use and navigate but that's as far as it goes. didn't need a bigger tv and now after owning the EKO for over 12 months wish I just paid the extra and got a better branded tv because hands down this TV is terrible so don't waste your money unless your strapped for cash it's a terrible tv. Just today it's taken me 10mins to just play something on Disney+ because the tv kept crashing.

Very slow in response to Remote – When we bought the TV, it was working fine. Then after 4 months, it started to respond slow to the remote. And then to the point of no response at all. Don't buy – Honestly was so disappointed in this product. So where to begin... Firstly spending $1500 on a tv would entail a bit more. Chromecast so you can't connect a Google home to this tv at all even when I've emailed about if there is a way I can fix these issues it has fallen on deaf ears, so when I want to let's say chuck on some STAN stuff while Indo whatever on my phone I have to screen mirror my phone and not touch it after that.
Display Honestly they talked it up so much I thought it would be a sharp af image but it's just trash display even when I play HD and all. And yes my settings on the tv are right

Tread carefully! Not 4K.....Don’t pay RRP – Doesn’t play 4K via Xbox One. Manufacturer says it’s Xbox’s fault which shouldn’t be a reason. Xbox work at 4K on all other TVs. Including my older models. What sort of 4K TV doesn't work with 4K Xbox..... Also, dont trust Big W to accept return willingly on these.
