Wondering why this dishwasher requires enormous amounts of rinse aide?? Never in my life have I known a dishwasher to demand more rinse aide after every 2-3 washes , ...... is this normal for these ?

When the wash cycle is finished, I find that the detergent tablet has not been released from its compartment. How can I fix that?

I have a ESF 68040 Electrolux dishwasher and when the door is open the interior light continues to flash on and off. How do I go about fixing the problem and what parts would be required?

I have an Electrolux ESF 68040. The light inside the dishwasher flashes on and off when the door is open. How do I remove the cover to replace the globe? Where can I source a replacement globe?

Could you please recommend which model would be best for a holiday rental Apt . Must be simple to use for guests as they usually use same cycle. however a quick cycle for early departures would be handy in their cleaning up kitchen a requirement .Apt caters for families in holiday periods and couples only 1 or 2 at other times so probably not used as much on intensive cycle for weekend stays as they eat out. I have an ESF 68040x. The display sometimes work fine and other times just flashes white without any digits on the screen and will not start or operate. Repairman replaced the display but still does the same thing. We are down $480 as he says it is a second hand item now. Leaving that to consumer affairs but in the meantime will attemp repair myself. Anyone out there had the same issue?

We have on e of these dishwasher and my mum has notice that the light inside the dishwasher say on while the door is close is this suppose to happen or is this a fault in the dishwasher?
