We have had this machine a few years. It washes and spins beautifully. Love the dial selector, the internal light and the door is quote big so I can get really big blankets in it (I understand they have now made the door smaller on more recent models) - why!? My single dislike really is just the on/off power switch. It doesnt click in and out you just press it and for a few seconds I wait and I am never sure if its turned on but then the light turns on. Other than that I would receommend this machine.

Follow-up  · Some follow-up on this washer. Still going strong. Performs as new (note it's in my granny flat so it does not get used all the time). I often use different programs on the dial selector depending on whether I want to soak something or give it a good long rinse. There have been no changes in the performance over the time I have had it - perhaps 3 years now. As I dont use it a huge amount, I don't do any maintenance on it. I have a tiny bit of black/darkening around the bottom of the grey door seal; however, it's only minor as I do leave the door open 24/7 to ensure it airs out inside when not in use. Still hate the tricky power on/off switch - we have a later model dryer, the switch is the same on that. I have seen in other people's reviews that this is their only gripe. Don't get me wrong, it works fine it's just a little tricky to push on /off.

Absolutely terrible product and customer service – I'm going on nearly a month now with no working washing machine. Told not to use it, because the motor is starting itself up at random times, waited over a week for a technician, finally approved for a replacement 14 days ago and still waiting. This was the 3rd issue I've had with this machine. It turned itself on one day with an error code and wouldn't work, was lied to by customer service and went over 2 weeks at that time without a machine. Wifi broke and needed new circuit boards, but before they came in stock, the current issue begun. Haven't even owned the product a year!

Well after being told numerous times it's in stock and should be delivered "by the end of the week" ; "tomorrow" etc, it's now coming on Tuesday which I found out after calling again , despite being told someone would call me this morning. That's nearly 3 weeks from the date the technician came. I fail to see what emailing you can achieve, I have exhausted all avenues with your company hence this review.

Great so far – This has been great so far. We are a family of 5 so the size is good, the functions are good and I particularly love the stain wash. All my clothes come out sparkling after the stain wash (with napisan) and I could never get stains out in the wash with my old machine. The functions take a bit of playing around / getting used to but once you figure them out they’re good. We mostly use daily39. Also the 15 min and delicate cycles are useful. We’ve had it a fair while and no issues so far. If it has an app or whatever I wouldn’t have a clue because I’ve never used that so can’t comment on that aspect.

The Good, The Bad & The Ugly – THE GOOD: I upgraded to this 10kg size from an 8kg one and I am loving the extra space for clothes to wash and the fact that I can now fit in my blankets, which saves me trips to the laundromat. I also love the light inside of the machine. The machine runs perfectly, quietly and our clothes come out clean and intact. THE BAD: I soon found out why the Electrolux app rated 1/5 stars! One of the reasons I bought this machine was so I could be alerted via the app when a load of washing finishes, because I often forget I have washing to hang out. I followed the directions to connect the WIFI but to no avail so after 4 phone calls with Electrolux and 3 days of mucking around with the stupid thing I gave up.

THE UGLY: I said to the last lady I spoke with from Electrolux that I can see why everyone had rated thier app just 1 star out of 5 and she said "It's not the companies problem that people don't know how to use technology". I told her actully it IS the compaines problem because all of those people are the companies CUSTOMERS, who are feeling totally let down by Electrolux's 'user UN-friendly' app. I also told her it was a bit much to expect people to know if they are running 2.4Ghz or 5Ghz through their modem, we shouldn't need to do a degree in technology to connect their Electrolux product to our WIFI. Every other appliance I have connected to the WIFI just did it via prompts, I have never been asked what Ghz I am running my modem on. Instead of victim blaming all of the unfortunate customers forced to deal with their disfunctional app, they should spend a bit time and money developing a user friendly app like every other company has done.

I give them 4/5 Stars for this appliance (They lost 20% of a perfect rating because of their bad app and dreadful attitude).
