Do not buy this washing machine if you predominantly use cold wash. I wish I could've read reviews before buying this washing machine. For some reason, the genius engineers didn't program its settings to be flexible and versatile i.e most of its settings do not have cold wash. only settings that have cold washes are the ones with 1. quick wash 15mins (which barely works well when you have a medium load), and 2. over an hour washes i.e delicate wash, and it has the audacity to market itself as being energy efficient. I called customer service to see if there's a way to bypass those settings, obviously they're unable to help. I have synthetic clothes, am I supposed to do my daily wash with 30 degrees and watch my clothes slowly shrink because of it? Am I supposed to just do a giant load of clothes everytime I use the washing machine and waste almost 3x of water and energy, just to use the cold wash feature for my weekly wash? I feel like I wasted my money on this washing machine. It's one of my biggest purchase regrets. I will never buy anything from Electrolux ever again.
We are happy with this 6kg Dryer. Large variety of settings, digital display and very quiet operation. Everything comes out dry with no complaints. dead easy to fit. My attitude is always that you don’t know how good a brand really is until you have to contact them when something goes wrong. So top marks for that but one star less that it broke so easily in the first place. I guess no one tests stuff as thoroughly and extensively as IKEA does lol. Would we recommend this Electrolux Dryer? You bet.
Avoid buying this – I have had this dryer for 2 hours and already regret buying it. some buttons. i redirected the vent (gently, I must say), and it simply fell off. Remember I've had it for 2 hours. There is no way I can get the vent back on again, so I resorted to superglue. Having to use superglue on a machine that is 2 hours old is beyond unacceptable! Just avoid buying it and buy something decent.

THE BAD – Machine is a harsh washer (& weirdly enough possibly too soft in other situations). My evidence is a thin T Shirt that now has small holes where a fully faded screen printed label at the neck area is situated as well as a seam with a hole and fraying around that area. Another is when I have washed my socks & placed them in the wash basket. After I have removed all socks there are a lot of small cotton balls left in the basked, something that never happened with my two previous front loaders. I can only speculate why but the drum is both shallow in depth & wide in diameter. This design seems to lift clothes etc fairly high before they drop to the bottom of the drum, in a sense it is ‘pounding’ the clothes. Regarding the too soft action, if you do not place enough clothes, they will simply float in the water level there without being tumbled.
The other negative is a chemical smell that fills the wash room and also transfers to the clothes etc after a wash cycle. This has persisted to this day (31/10/2022) but has admittedly reduced in strength. So be prepared for that. Technician that came out for this was a waste of time as he arrived when I had only just started a wash cycle (said everything normal), therefore not enough time for it fully develop, plus he basically inferred I was perhaps too sensitised to it from the initial stronger occurrence of it. This has never happened with any previous washing machine owned. The chemical smell is likely ‘off gassing’ from hoses, drum housing (if plastic) or perhaps insulation material around the heater.
Overall, extremely disappointed with this purchase & truly regret having done so.

This machine runs quietly. It is even quieter now that it is blocked, uneconomic to clear the pump, and consequently unusable.
