The machine does the job. Small things get stuck in the front rubber part all the time (small socks etc and need to be manuallypulled out and squeezd. One of the attached pics is where they get stuck). The electrolux +home app is the worst. It connected the first time, then after a few months it showed an error so I deleted the machine and tried to re add it (like ive had to do multiple times with the Westinghouse AC that uses the same app) but now it just keeps showing more errors and wont connect. It gives instructions thay just lead to a loop, the machine for some stupid reason needs.tp be "cleaned" and the only way to do that is on the app as "clean machine" isnt an option on the front controls. The machine cycles are really long (mostly over 3-5 hours, so how this saves energy is beyond me), there is a setting for intelliquick that is meant to be a smart way of doing a load (but sometimes when the drum has a fair amount it selects something stupid like half hour or 45min and thats not even enough to dissolve the washing machine tab/liquid..) The buttons on the front control panel are very slow and you have to make sure your finger is in the exact right spot as it doesnt have normal buttons, they are like "touch sensitive" ones. The machine does have a loudish high pitch squeal noise when it starts to spin and slow down. The app needing to be used to do certain things is this machine and all app connected devices downfall, the apps are always terrible and hard to use (im a millennial so it shouldnt be this hard, and when you follow all manual advice and support and it still doesnt work, its the machine and app that are the problem). The new machines with the fast lock and unlock are great, unlocks as soon as its safe to do so, my old beco took a few minutes. Id give this machine a 2.5 star if possible.

I brought an ultimate care 700 5 years ago and that's why I'm writing this review.Initially I thought it maybe too small for our family of five active people.I can honestly say this to be the most reliable machine I've owned by miles.I regularly put on 3 full washes a week and it's never failed.It has many good things going for it but to name one it would be the 10 minutes spin cycle I use when I hand wash clothes.

I have a big family and rely on washing towels at 90degrees and also over 60 degrees to sanitise clothes. Obviously not for the delicate clothes. I was alarmed when it took over 5 hours for the 90degree wash and over 4 hours for the 60 degree wash. Nor could you delay the start but you can actually increase the time washing . Seriously?? The cycles were all far too long already ! Nowhere in the Electrolux information sheets did it mention this! It’s definitely not a time saving nor energy saving machine as it is promoted. If you only wash on 30 degrees then you are ok. Thank you to the Good Guys for replacing this machine for me ! Electrolux would not !
Hi Upjinder, I think it’s too late now . I tried multiple times to explain issues to Electrolux and also asked for escalation. They wanted to send a technician but I knew that this is the way the machine was designed. There needs to be transparency in information provided to consumers so that we can choose the right product. I owned your time manager machine prior to that . I loved the ability to bring down the time needed for the cycle considerably and also the delay start option it had. Your ultimate care machine does not have these features. The time manager machine had issues with spinning dry which I also complained about over the years I had it ,but when technician came out said it was all fine but it never was and I ended up putting up with it. Until I gave up on it and purchased your ultimate 700 machine hoping it was an improvement on the time manager machine . It certainly was not Regards Hana
