Most infuriating washing machine I've ever used. Electronic dial is painful to use - you have to cycle through the options slowly to find the one you want. If you are not quick enough to answer the autodose options it starts without you or on the other hand you come back 4 hours later to find that it is on pause. If you dont have the child lock lock on then you can easily swipe the on off button which stops the load and you have to start from scratch. Very annoying 3 hours into a 4.5 hour cycle!
A rinse and spin cycle is an hour.
Cotton 40 degrees is 4.5 hours. There is not another 40 degree wash for 10kg. Other options are for far smaller washes.
The Itelliquick wash is 45min for 10kg but is 30 degrees maximum. Clothes started to smell musty using that alone.
Despite being a 10kg machine often will not spin out the bulkier items and needs to be redone at lower spin rate.
I regret my purchase and would not recommend.

Such a disappointing machine - to the point I am going to take the 10yr old LG that replaced it out of the shed and put it back. Main gripes: 1. Its quicker to dry clothes outside than use the (useless) drying function 2. If you do use the drying function it will shrink your synthetics 3. It cannot handle even close to 12kg of clothing, Electrolux have done a bit of - this is false and misleading advertising here. Not surprising actually because the drum is the same size as my 7.5kg LG. If you do load above ~7kg be prepared to iron everything that comes out of the washing machine, even if you remove laundry immediately, and have spun on the lowest settings. This is by far the biggest gripe, it has doubled my laundry effort because it creases everything. 4. The estimated wash duration is only accurate AFTER the washcycle has started, so you have no idea how long the programme will take as it only displays the max time whilst you are trying to find a programme that fits to your schedule. 5. Most of the cycles (associated with the dryer part) are useless.
What's good: 1. I don't mind the function that allows you to load detergent and softener for about 1-2 weeks of washing 2. I can replace it with my LG tomorrow
So $1500 spent to increase my workload and damage my clothes. I will never purchase another Electrolux product again.
