Electrolux UltimateTaste 900 90cm Freestanding Electric Oven with Gas Cooktop EFEP916DSE

Bought a brand new oven. One rack doesn’t line up properly because either oven wall hole or rack hole is not lined up. Clearly a manufacturing defect. Whil it took them two days to have a new oven delivered, their service person to come and check will take two weeks with a timeframe of 7 AM to 5 PM. The product might be good. But this company doesn’t know how to deal with issues that stems from them. Even with photos and videos sent they still need to send someone to check which only means that the unit can’t be used for weeks. Weeks to wait for a tech to assess. Weeks to do pass the buck. Weeks to come to a resolution and weeks to action it. So disappointed.
