Solid appliance – Purchased this upright gas cooker in 2007. Only gas model that fit in between the kitchen bench spaces All four hobs still work without requiring a gas spark igniter. Electric convention oven works perfectly. Easy to clean and maintain. The hob decals a rubbing off now but after 13 years, this could be forgiven. Emilia is a solid brand. Couldn't be happier with the purchase. Show details
Complains – We bought this product a month ago and installed last week. After lighting the oven, it becomes quickly hotter outside than inside. It is dangerous !! The instruction book does not have some buttons pictures in it !!
Terrible service – Bought this cooktop just under 2 years ago and l never received instructions or lpg conversion injectors and tried looking for manual online but there’s nothing tried email and never got a reply. Every other brand you can find the manual online but this brand you can’t what a terrible product would never buy again. Show details

to use the oven but I'm only used to a seperate grill so still getting used to it overall I like it it looks really good and havnt had a problem so far with the cooking
Oven unusable: insufficient and uneven heat – The oven is unusable as it takes 40 minutes of preheating before you can put the food in, and then a small chicken takes 2 hours to brown and another 30 minutes to cook through. This cooking time is without the oven fan on as it is very noisy and annoying to have on for any length of time, and does not reduce the cooking time. Food cooked in this… Read more
oven even in a baking dish with a very thick bottom is always burnt on the underside - the fan is of no use in providing an even cooking heat. The gas burner is located underneath a full width tray at the bottom of the oven with a small hole near the front through which the flame can be seen and has several longer holes long each side of this tray. These longer holes do not seem to allow enough heat from the burner to get through to the oven cavity! This bottom tray and the exterior of the whole stove gets extremely hot when the oven is on but the overall cooking heat around the oven racks above it is low to moderate at best.
The cook in our household has now refused to use this oven any longer after 3 years and 7 months of trying to bake a variety of food several times each week. We purchased extended warranty and had a technician test and adjust the oven burner to maximum soon after the stove was installed but it has not resolved the problem with the oven. After spending more than $1100 for the stove and installation we do not feel this is good value for the money we spent. Our previous LPG gas stove (Westinghouse upright with separate gas grill) cost less to purchase, worked perfectly for 15 years and had a great oven!
We are a small family of good cooks and for us this stove is poorly designed and a waste of money - we are very disappointed with the quality of this stove and would not recommend anyone purchase one.

Overheated oven with undercooked food!!! – We had this oven installed in September 2015 to replace our previous oven that blew and was covered under insurance. We didn't get to choose the new oven that was installed, which would be fine if the new one was good, but the oven we were given is just terrible! To test the oven out we put on a roast chicken with vegetables. The chicken was… Read more
pre-cooked in a slow cooker then put into a pre-heated oven to cook through. The vegetables had already been cooking for over 90mins. We checked on the chicken 30mins later and it was still undercooked while the vegetables were still quite raw. This was strange because the entire kitchen was so hot we had to set up two fans just to keep cool while cooking! Another hour went by and we couldn't believe it, the chicken was still not cooked! Overall it took 2 hours for the (pre-cooked) chicken and veggies to be cooked through and needless to say, we were starving!
While the oven was on, the knobs, stove top and over door were too hot to go near and if a child had touched any part of the oven they would have been burned. This means we cook things in the oven when our one-year-old is asleep to avoid a trip to the hospital.
