Energy Deal

This company must work off commissions as they annoyingly won't stop calling me when I'm not interested in their services. However form what I've seen previously won't call if you have a problem.

Not happy with Energy Deal! – I was after a cheaper deal for our power & gas, Energy Deal called me. Comparisons were made, cheaper deal was found. I was told there is 10 day cooling off period. I then found out energy company i was switching to was a lot dearer in supply charges, so tried cancelling within colling off period. I was on hold with Energy Deal, then told to leave message, no one 3ver returned my call. I tried emailing Energy Deal, email bounced back, i tried Facebook messenger, a week later, still no reply. I have been totally ignored by them! Have since received welcome email from Dodo , so called them last week to cancel power and gas. Was told two separate emails will be sent, one for power, one for gas. So far only email for cancelling my gas has arrived. I tried emailing Dodo to say i would like cancel both, have only received cancellation letter for gas, but no response from them either, so after the long weekend i will be back on the phone to Dodo. Not happy with them either.
