The process was simple and easy. My interest to use them was due to a cashback reward, but did not hear from them yet. It was a good tool to use for comparison of the market at that moment with pricing.

The process would be even better if it didn’t involve unnecessary phone calls to double-check personal details and terms and conditions for certain providers.

Site was good but its ability to stay linked in with shopback and ensure my cash back rewards were maintained was extremely poor. I had no way of back tracking and proving that I had made the transaction via shop back so missed out on a cash back.

Signed up to an energy retailer via Econnex under a gift card promotion. I didn't receive the gift card automatically and had to chase Econnex with multiple phone calls. They came through in the end, but it was a fair bit of work required on my part!

Econnex were easy to use and made switching simple and clear. Unfortunately it's been 1 month and still not on boarded with the new company completely yet. Don't know if it's a slow process generally or because we went through a third party?

I had a decent experience switching over with econnex for my gas and electricity. I could see the applications were started for my account and the team replied quickly when more info was needed from me.

I found the Econnex site to be good overall, but I'd like to see stronger integration with TopCashback to ensure my rewards are tracked seamlessly throughout the entire process. It would also be helpful if the website included more filters for example, filtering retailers that offer free power, or sorting by supply charge rates. These features would make comparisons much more practical.
