Customer support team was diligent in explaining everything to make sure every bit of terms and conditions was thoroughly understood - discount eligibility, next steps, any changes etc. They would insistently, a little too insistently, contact you to explain things to you where it could've been an email.

they removed all reference to the Econnex deal from my account back to what I agreed with them. The flow on problems are still continuing with the power distributor because of Econnex's interference by changing my account. If you get called from Econnex just hang up.

told there was no promo or something else altogether. I recently had this experience where I signed up during a promo and didn't receive the gift card. I contacted support and didn't get the a satisfactory response. Disappointed that the gift card never came through.

The jury is still out. I’m not sure what happened but the estimate and the bill were very different prices. It’s only been a month during the most expensive time of the year but the connection and sign up were very easy.

Overall experience has been positive. After being w an electric energy provider for many years, it was helpful to be able to have an ‘apples for apples’ comparison and the switch was efficient.
