I was totally impressed with Tom McCrum soon as I got on the phone. Tom was very patient with me and explained clearly right from the beginning to end. A really lovely young man for this day/age with a friendly slow and clear voice. Very important when you have to deal with pensioners that are not good on hearing. Once again very happy. Tom gets a 10/10 from me.
