deciptive, false information, misleading Zembl rep calls me and introduces there electricity rates which were good but could not believe. I asked the rep are there any other charges eg metering charges he assured there will be no metering charges… Read more

a Few days later

get an email from Zembl asking to log in and set up a password for easy access to pay bill, view outstandings etc. Which I did, first thing I checked was the rates they are providing

BOOM

The rates are higher then what was discussed, called back and spoke to the rep he said he will look into it. Later get a response

"Looks like a rate structure change. I think this will actually be better for you. As you will benefit from the off-peak and shoulder through the day time."

Which was not the case.

I would not recommend this company at all. They lure you in with low rates but the rates change when you get the welcome pack.

benefits, and I wish I'd dealt directly with the energy provider from the start. Now our office is getting endless calls from Zembl, disrupting our business, wanting to go through the process again. Promises energy savings without doing any sort of price comparison and demanding the time to do so. The irony is, I do want to do a price/market comparison, but it needs to be at a time that suits. The sales person doesn't care about this and is persistently harassing us, being rude to our staff, and using pressuring and bullying tactics to try to force our time for their own agenda. Obviously don't care about the businesses they harass as long as they get their piece of the pie whenever they want it.

as a lot of the sites are not exactly user friendly, as I found out yesterday and today after being advised by one of the suppliers that my current contract was about to expire. I phoned up Make It Cheaper today and got through to Charlie Thornton who quickly found me the best rates for Gas and Electricity in my area. We completed the sign ups over the phone and it didnt take any longer than about 20-25 minutes.He was extremely quick and efficient in finding me the best deals. Job done! I highly recommend Make it Cheaper as the best way to go when the time comes around to renew your energy contracts.

Change of Plan – Hopefully the club will be happy with the change of plan. Alix Crosby was very helpful on the ph. with the information. sounds good – I contacted make it cheaper and spoke to their very friendly and informative representative who sent me some documents to sign. I signed as required and have nothing at all since 9th November 2022. Not one bit useful!

Why the good reviews. Check low google reviews – Slow and unhelpful responses. Seem to be more interested in collecting customer data than providing quotes. 1 star for concept.
