This is my second time to use their service. I find them useful especially in finding the best deal for your utilities. Its was an easy and straight forward process. They will also remind you when you are due for renewal. Vianny and Jhaira were both helpful in completing the process.
I talked to Jhaira from Electricity Monster, and she got me an amazing deal on electricity. She was really helpful and genuine about the deals, and I really appreciate her assistance!

They ring me I missed the call and rang back later, they tell me I cannot stay with my utility company and tell me who I should change to? what a scam and a lie I am not changing companies and will ring the Ombudsman as I never asked them to call me and I have no reason to want to change companies. Their lies stressed me out until I rang my company any told them
Signed up to Electricity Monster without my consent or knowlege – I received a final bill from my energy provider only to be told that I've moved to EM without my knowledge. I promptly reversed this to stay with existing provider yet I am still getting renewal notices, texts and calls as if I am an existing EM customer. Very alarmed to be signed up to a service without consent. Greater regulations are needed for these Energy companies to avoid these sorts of unethical and unscrupulous trading practices.

Dont be deceived – Though JP was appeared well informed, curteous and patient while recommending which electricity retailer would provide the best value for me; when my next electricity bill came all of his promises regarding lower costs proved false. I rang up the company quite stressed out and frazzled , I had moved into a new property that had no power and had flooded.
