Thank you Energy Loop in SA for installing my AlphaESS SMILE5 39.9kwh system❤️. Signed up 15/9, installed by 10/10 The sales person, Chris was great and he kept me in touch where things were at. The installers were also friendly explaining the install and operations before they left the site. The special for the 39.9kwh was great value! There were extras that we add on top of the install, such as 2x backup circuits in case of blackout and extra for an extra 18km of travel from their office.

Good price and service, Great value – I got 3 units installed for my investment house, and it was fantastic to get a low price and professional service with Energy Loop. Highly recommend it to everyone who needs to get AC, now planning to get solar from them soon.
