Built with Mac jones. Used solar pay for our solar build. 5 year deal where it drops $1k each year. We never got any paperwork on the install. No contract. Nothing. Then From day one they call to ask you to pay it out. I refused. Then a few months later they called again. They try to tell you how much you’ll save by paying it out. Which I questioned as my maths didn’t seem to add up to what I was being told. Told me to send some bills and he’d put a graph together about how much better off we’d be. A week later he called. No presentation as promised. Just said it’s easy maths, you can do it yourself. I then Asked about batteries. I told him my price range for weekly repayments. Told he could get the price in that range. Then the contract comes through. Double what we discussed. I refused. I then question the crap Solax app that was showing the wrong information. They blame it on the app. The Solax guys said it’s an issue with the wiring. Solarpay have done nothing about it. Said they had it corrected. But I have the same issue. They just ignore my questions about the wiring. Even though Solax send an email with everything a tech needs to troubleshoot. I also questioned if my solar was working right. As the bills seem very high. Just told I’m wrong. Just told how lucky I am that I have solar or bills would be higher. Even though we have the issue with the faulty readings in the app. I called to ask for a manager to complain. Told he had left for the day. Haven’t heard back. Don’t bother using them.
