Absolutely abysmal customer service. They do not follow through on damages reported and leave fences broken and in disrepair for months. They are rude, non responsive and not worth the money.

Lovely staff cannot rescue ineffective and expensive service – Engine Property Group were the incumbent Manager for our building's Owners Corporation. Thankfully, their appointment contract expires this year. In the last 10 months of the contract, we have had at least four different Managers. Whilst they have all been earnest individuals trying to do their best for our OC, the drag experienced as they got up to date with our building's needs just increased the already considerable delays. Eventually, the Manager stops responding to our emails, then someone informally advises that our Manager no longer works for Engine and now we have a new Manager. Rinse and repeat. When comparing quotes from competitors, we found EPG to be relatively expensive and their insurance commission is on the higher end at 20%. EPG is not the OC Management company for you if you want value for money or consistent service. For a company that's been around as long as they have, you expect better.
