previous tenant's hard rubbish, so on and so forth. The only agent that is capable of responding to my enquiries is [Name Removed] the assistant manager who did a better job than [Name Removed] but even then, sometimes I had to send my enquiry twice or 3 times for [Name Removed] to finally respond. Somehow, they are only quick to respond when its about rental payment but we all know why that it.

2. On the day for me to move in, the Key Fob that the agents had given me to access my apartment Does not workI had to give them a call about this. The fact that these guys did not bother to check if the Key Fob is faulty shows how incompetent they are. This should have been an early warning sign for me.

3. When I moved into one of their apartment, these agents never dispose hard rubbish from the previous tenant before me, but somehow they are willing to charge me just to dispose my hard rubbish. Doesn't seem fair does it!?

4. Other real estate agents in my experience had always inform or remind me when a fixed term contract is about to expire at least 1 month in advanced, these guys did not, so I was forced to pay an extra one month rent.

5. Believe it or not, the second or maybe third month of rent was not debited from my account. I find it strange so I inform them about it and only then some human error is finally resolve. Imagine that a tenant has to be the one to inform a real estate agent about this issue, this also shows their incompetence.

6. When moving in I requested for a bigger fridge, they accepted my request, however it takes 2-3 months for them to finally deliver the fridge but I have to be the one paying for the delivery fee. Not to mention, the fridge was delivered in a very filthy condition, as if it came from a landfill. I paid $250 for an extremely filthy fridge.

7. Overall I had to pay off $2380 because of 3 and 4. Now I'm not gonna complain about the hard rubbish if they actually did the same thing with the previous tenant but they didn't, so obviously I have to protest.

8. Finally last but not least, [Name Removed] told me that some of the cushions are missing. Either he is lying or he did not bother to check if some of those "missing cushions" are inside the couch. Yes I said inside because that couch can be converted into a bed and you can store things in it. Or perhaps, the cleaners are the ones mistakenly dispose of those cushions and he knew it but still decide to put the blame on me just to see how much more $$$ he can charge.

I know I've seen negative reviews about this Real estate agent before but strangely these negative reviews were deleted. I wonder why. I'm sure this review will also get deleted eventually but that's ok, a word of mouth and the internet and perhaps a youtube video will do this justice.

Excellent service – Vincent has been really helpful and accommodating in assisting my rental application - would definitely recommend using their services! The turnaround time for email replies (enquiries) were super quick too. Great job guys!
