Unfriendly passive aggressive staff – Very poor customer service. The reception staff are very passive aggressive in the way they speak to their customers. Very much over service on vet care. We went to the vet knowing our pet would need an operation. After 2 visits an $700 spent so far, surgery was finally decided on. Pretty obvious that this would be the eventual outcome. looking for a new vet. Would not recommend them. Had lots of other issues also with our other pets.
