Purchasing the product from a third-party retailer like Appliances Online exacerbates the issue, as customers are directed to Essato, the manufacturer, who deflects responsibility to an appliance repair intermediary. This convoluted process involving three parties results in an exorbitant bill and a frustrating lack of accountability. Our $780 investment ballooned to $1320 within three months: $140 for the initial diagnosis, a fee incurred once the seal issue is identified and deemed non-warrantable, and an additional $400 for a temporary seal fix that may fail again. This experience underscores the machine's poor durability and the need for better customer support and warranty coverage.

Best washing machine ever – Large drum holds a queen sized doona. Spinner has various speeds, great for big towels. Has so many cycles, easy to use and nice and quiet. Looks smart, but would have preferred a clear door so you can see in the machine, but can live with that.
