Have to reprogram it every time unless I accept the default full wash with three rinses and then it still doesnt pump dry, it sits and soaks until I come along and tell it to spin - really???. stay with the Esatto ETLW80B Each machine gets tested in the factory but how is it possible that the drum rusts out this quickly and why was water left to drip into the bowl before packaging? Used the machine 3 or 4 times before getting my new replacement. Loud operation and controls are not user friendly I would not recommend this washing machine

a lot as it was raining most of the week and i dont have a clothes dryer.I put some washing on and took my dogs out for a walk.I arrived home August 6 to a flooded Laundry and Mud Room.( I have a large Laundry area Luckily Concrete Floors ) I dont know why It was continuing filling up with water from the Tap/hose and spilling out at the top of the bowl.I did turn it off then turn it back on and it did drain the water into the sink & spin.When it worked it did work good and the spin dryer worked good. I am waiting for a technician to come out and fix it. Somebody Please come and fix it or send me out another one. I realy need to do some washing! Spend the extra money – I purchased this machine about 6 months ago from Appliances Online and it was delivered within 2 days. Make sure your installer actually levels it and measures the height of your sink relative to the machine's drain hose. Your hand book gives the max and min heights. out the hard way on the first wash. The sink was too high relative to the machine because and it stopped filling after a while. OK i purchased this machine because it was cheap ($480), it looked good and it had a few really good reviews. The plusses first. It does look modern with the clear see through lid and of course this Chinese product beats the opposition in price by miles. It seems to do a decent enough wash but along the way it has many shortfalls. The control panel is complex. If you like tiny writing and lots of little red lights this machine is for you. Keep an eye on these red lights because if you change one variable such as wash type it can change another automatically such as rinses and water depth. Two rinses seems to be a default position but this seems to be a waste of time, energy and surprise - water. Why on earth is there an option of a third rinse? You can't do a quick wash (15 min) on the highest water level. The water level indicator needs recalibration. The machine tends to underfill for the clothes load so i am continually adding a bucket of water after it stops filling. Maybe I should select the highest level every time. The basic lint filter is easy to remove but a pain to reconnect and its poorly designed. Your manual says to clean it every 10 washes. I found it needed cleaning about every 3rd wash. Apparently there's a "Drain Pump Filter " at the back and it collects foreign objects. I can't see too many customers going to the trouble frankly. There is no centre agitator and as a result the clothes are more likely to get tangled. Removing a full load from the machine will take a while as you disentangle trousers from shirts. The spin cycle runs at 650rpm like a lot of other top loaders and combined with the big ball of clothes because there's no centre agitator, it is just too slow. The load is too wet at the end. I should have purchased a front loader. These days some have a second, little door to add clothes after filling.

times to try correct it and finally flashing an error. I have to manually adjust the load EVERY SINGLE TIME, which is impossible during the week as I work full time. If I don't however it wastes incredible amounts of water trying to refill and respin over and over and over (more than the twice it suggests in the manual). We had to replace the external shock padding on the inside where one side had fallen off but that didn't help. The internal drum feels very very loose to me. Incredibly frustrating as I think it's out of warranty and should be a reliable family asset.
