I ordered a pair of maxtrax mounting brackets to attach to my Rola roof platform. I find that the channel nuts to secure the bracket to my rack don't fit. I email Essential 4x4 and they say they'll provide the correct nuts free of charge. Wow! Then I get an invoice for the shipping of the correct nuts that weren't supplied, as their website doesn't have the ability to specify the brand of roof platform!
So Free of Charge isn't really Free of Charge!
I won't be using them again.
