No customer service – Googles says they sell cooking syringes. I asked at the counter they said they didn’t in quite a rude manner. I did not feel comfortable to ask any further questions. I am very dissatisfied with your lack on customer service.

Disappointing service – I ordered 200g of caramels from Essential Ingredient. They refunded my order and told it me it wasn't in stock. I then checked their website and they still have the 50g version available. They could have just sent me 4x 50g packets. They made absolutely zero effort to try and find a solution that I would be happy with. Very poor customer service.

Would be good if they didn't use Shippit/Couriers Please – I had no issue with the products, or their service. However, they use Couriers Please for their postage. Couriers Please consistently fail to make any attempt to deliver parcels, they just send it straight to the pick up point. This is especially unacceptable during a pandemic. Unfortunately, as long as The Essential Ingredient continues to use Couriers Please, they have lost my business.

Paid for express postage. Not arrived on time – Paid for express postage $10 for the item that costs $7. Not arrived on time and already delayed for 5 days. No even updates with delivery. They should not be offering express postage if they can’t deliver. Very disappointed.

EXCELLENT VALUE AND GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE – I purchased a new updated model Rolser Shopping Trolley from Essential Ingredient the day before Christmas. Although the store was packed, the service was still very good and the cheerful staff member even gave me a discount. The store was well organised and staff seemed to know their products and where to find them in the store.

Great service and store! – Wonderful service. These people will bend over backwards to help you. Store owner and staff know their stuff and love their products! So rare these days. Customer service as it should be.
