Not so Mega Magnesium – I paid $59 for Mega Magnesium in the belief that it might help displace some of the calcium in my system, only to find that this product has more calcium, sodium etc than actual magnesium ? It also states no added artificial flavour but then in very faint print on the front it states citrus and actually has a strong orange flavour... the "Mega" Magnesium label is a fraud and I intend to report this to Choice consumer magazine.

I got home & tried it for 3 nights. Absolute waste of money! It doesn’t work at all. I called the store & informed them of what happened. I was told in no uncertain terms, that their returns policy is that once a medication has left the store there’s no refund, and that if I didn’t like it I could take it up with head office. Not only did the product not work. The experience I had with said chemist warehouse was appalling. I’ll travel further & go to another chemist warehouse.. I won’t be returning & I will be lodging a formal complaint with head office. I never leave negative reviews.. but this was appalling. Don’t waste your money on this!!

Excellent product for night cramps – I bought this product to help my son get a good night’s sleep and ended up using it myself to target leg and foot cramps. My son didn’t particularly find it valuable but it worked perfectly for me and I fell asleep quickly, slept soundly and no cramps.i awoke feeling much better rested than usual. Excellent For Insomnia and Anxiety – 1 scoop of this 1 hour before bed is great for falling asleep and staying asleep longer. Have tried lots of other cheaper magnesium tablets but this one I can notice working. Cant help but fall asleep even though have had trouble particularly with getting to sleep a lot of my life. Wont get rid of anxiety but can minimise its intensity and any decrease is a bonus. Is more expensive but lasts a couple of months and is worth the cost.
