Felt like sleeping on Cloud BUT...........
When the sheets first arrived it did feel super soft and was wonderful to sleep. However that feeling did not last long. I used them for over 2 years
How do i use them
1. I change them weekly
2. Wash only in cold water
3. Only line dry them never tumble dry
Issues
1. The Pilling is ridiculous, i kept removing these but both me and the pilling razor have given up
2. I live in Melbourne cold wash and line dry is a struggle in winters...

Extremely poor quality
After just two washes the bottom sheet is already pilling. For the price paid for them, this is totally unacceptable. I am beyond disappointed and feel totally ripped off. Buyer beware.

Poor Fabric Quality
When I first slept in the sheets they were so luxurious, lightweight and felt so cosy against my skin. However, after washing a few times they started to pile and they actually shrunk so that it was impossible to put over the mattress and the top sheet could no longer be tucked in. They also have a few little holes in them now (even though I have not used that much). Due to the struggle to fit on the bed along with the peeling I stopped using them a few months after purchasing.

Fabric disintegrated
Loved these sheets in the beginning, super soft and silky. However, the fabric started breaking down near the seems and beeded feature within 12 months. Now they have holes in them. When i contacted customer service they responded by saying the sheets were outside the warranty and the best they could do was a 15% discount on a new set. I won't be taking up there offer.

Ettitude deletes negative reviews!!
I left the below negative feedback on the ettitude website only to see they deletes my review which i believe a glitch occurred and i saw the true qty of reviews. Pictures attached beware!
My pillow cases fell apart after a few months of use. They did not allow enough seam allowance to catch both sides leaving edge exposed to fraying. Also did not like button holes prefer press studs because if pulled throughout the night will pop open instead of tearing around button hole. Already reached out sent photos of issues and was told nothing could...
Read more be done. Customer service asked me to donate my sheets using their service which I have to pay for and will be reimbursed with a voucher which wont be useful as I wont purchase again and would be at an additional loss of $25. Fabric felt nice but I don't plan on buying new sheets and pillows covers every few months also creating products that don’t last is not good for the environment hopefully they make amendments to improve quality.- +1

Piling after one wash
I love bamboo sheets but these are very poor quality. They feel nice when first received, but after only one wash they started piling (little balls). Bamboo doesn't wear as well as other materials, which is a sacrifice worth making for the feel and eco value, but I have never had any wear as fast as these. Save your money and buy other bamboo sheets- same great feeling and much better quality and value

Sheets feel lovely. Stitching is poor quality
Bought from ettitude website. Sheets are so very soft and feel wonderful to sleep in. But for 300 dollar king sheets the stitching is of very poor quality. Threads are hanging off everywhere not very impressed with the make of them. Also made in china

Not great quality and colour way lighter than photos but feels nice
The green covers are much lighter than the pictures. The workmanship is quite poor too given their price tag. The big win is how they feel which is soft and nice. Not otherwise thrilled with these however.

Poor quality sheets with high level of pilling
After a few washes (cold wash and no dryer), these sheets developed significant pilling issues. This is described by other reviewers here. Have not had this problem with Ecosa sheets. I do not recommend this product. Any softness of the bamboo is outweigh by the bobbly feel of the pilling.

Sheet ripped after 12 months
We purchased a fitted sheet from Ettitude in January 2020. We really enjoyed this sheet for the first 6 months. Then it started getting thinner and thinner even though we always followed washing instructions. Finally in February a gaping hole ripped right in the middle of it.
12 months of use, 6 months of good quality. This is not what we’d expect from a $110 sheet.

Quality is slipping :(
I used to love these sheets. I have several sets. The last batch was not as soft as they usually are and had buttons not snap closure. Ettitude kindly allowed me to return them. The next batch I purchased - the fitted sheet is pilling already after 1 use and wash, the flat sheet isn’t wide enough to fit under a king mattress (despite being king sized sheets). Weird. I don’t know what’s going on with their quality control. I have no issue with the others I have purchased over the years.

Cannot contact them and they do not answer the messages on Facebook or emails.
I placed an order and the shipping and billing address were around the wrong way, my mistake, but I could not contact anybody to fix it up. Absolutely no way to contact them.

Terrible product finish.
I bought Fitted baby cot sheet, pack of two. Threads coming out before 1st wash. One of the sheet has stains of dust. Both the sheets had different quality and packaging. Extremely disappointed with the product finish as all the stitch locks are kept losses and without using the sheet stich is coming out.

Sent wrong size
I ordered a queen sheet set and was sent a double. This is extremely frustrating as the price is significant and I expect better customer service for a product which is priced as a luxury item.

Soft but very poor quality
I really wanted to love these, but I can’t. They are soft, but they’re very poor quality. After only one wash (as per care instructions) and seven nights on the bed, they are pilling like crazy. It honestly looks I’ve had snowfall on my carpet, there are that many fluff balls coming off them. They also seem to fit poorly - too big, and they slip over the mattress and clump in weird places that no other sheets have ever done. Not worth the money unfortunately.

Read moreorst product of any kind I have ever purchased. In response to my original review, Ettitude offered to send me another sheet, explaining the originals must’ve come from a bad batch. Despite both sheets pilling, they only sent another fitted sheet (gotta keep down those costs I guess). It was only marginally better than the first. Added to that, one of the pillow cases broke at the seam after a couple of months. Highly recommend purchasing the just as soft and much better quality Habitat 400TC bamboo cotton sheets from Pillow Talk at about half the price.Purchased in at Ettitude.

My new sheets are starting to pill. Do they come with a warranty?
they have only been washed twice
My new sheets are starting to pill. Do they come with a warranty?
I've just received my eptitude sheets and I must say I am concerned about the pilling instructions. Before I wash them to use I would like to know if this is a common problem with these sheets as I would definitely like to return them if this is the case. Could you please let me know ASAP. Thank you.
Patricia
Definitely an issue. I bought a set that pilled horribly- despite me being careful with washing and general care. I complained to customer care- and after much back and forth, they sent me a second se...
Read moret. The same thing has happened again. I don't recommend these for the durability- although they are lovely and cool to sleep on.After 3 sleeps my queen sheet pilled terribly. I am returning them. I don't wear anything to bed so it's not fabric rubbing on them. I was disappointed that this happened so quickly.
