I placed an order for the *ESSENTIALS HOME CLEANING STARTER KIT* one month ago. Goods still haven’t shipped, and trying to contact customer support via email is an absolute nightmare. I’ve used some of their products and like them, bought from a different website (WINC) buying directly from manufacturer is definitely NOT recommended. Will look into different products instead of using this company in the future.
