Disappointed! – Absolutely Loved this at first, but after two yrs I've had to replace the battery and now the wheel modules are gone, which are no longer available! This should have lasted well over two years! Very disappointed. Show details

Warranty fix – I had service 1 code come up on the Eufy Vac. I contacted on line after signing in. Josh emailed me. I sent him the invoice and video of error. Due to Christmas break there was a wait. In January Josh responded and after he caught up on the many emails. I received a new battery. Eufy is off again and doing a great job. It is amazing after using a manual vacuum, how much extra Eufy collects. Very happy with Eufy vacuum. Show details

Can't live without it now! – I use this on tiled flooring. Very simple to set up and control from your phone on the app. Being able to run it on a schedule on specific days and times is fantastic, and setting up "No Go zones", to keep it out of any rooms/spots it can't go. Cleans the tiles really well, picks up about 98% of dirt, occasionally find a few crumbs left behind… Read more

in corners but generally very clean floors. Mop is handy but not super effective, still need to do a good mop by hand. Does encounter errors occasionally, either gets stuck on something that was left on the floor or can't find its way home, but you get notifications on your phone and can hear it say there is an error, so its generally easily fixed, and will continue on. Very powerful, suction changes as it needs, surprising to see how much dirt it picks up when we empty it. Definitely worth the buy.

Appalling customer service – Our eufy stopped working after 9 months. We were sent a replacement battery and when they did not fix the problem we were absolutely ghosted by eufy. No one would return our emails or phone calls. After emailing over 10 times and multiple calls- being on hold would time out and I would be told to leave a voice message- no response. Have gone to… Read more

the ombudsman as we are covered under warranty but can not get anybody from the company to respond to us. Absolute criminals

Brilliant! Wish I bought it years ago! – For 12 months I’ve been umming and aahing trying to decide if they are worth it. In a word, YES!! While Dusty doesn’t have and isn’t compatible with an auto empty station, I absolutely love this little game changer. Instead of fighting with everyone else in the house to help vacuum, I have just set him up to work every day. I don’t get cross at… Read more

anyone now, and my floors are always clean which is a godsend with two dogs! 2 dogs shed like you wouldn’t believe and I find their short hair everywhere! Same for mine and 1 kids very long hair, little Dusty gets it all. Of course, like every vacuum, long hair is the bane of its existence. Every couple of days I cut the long hair off Dusty’s roller, (with his included cutter!) clean out the dust container, and off it goes to recharge. I cannot believe after a month just how much crap it picks up daily from my carpet. No wonder I sneeze all the time! I vacced every day with my dyson and it did not get nearly half what this little sucker does. And that’s just on the low setting! I have my little Dusty set every second day to just do a deep clean on my lounge carpet at the highest setting. And it is getting better. But still a lot of stuff comes out of it. Set up was a little bit of a pain, but once it’s done, it’s done. It shows you on each clean how long it took and what rooms it did. I love that if a room is open that wasn’t on the original map, it just adds it. If a door to a room that it is supposed to clean now, it doesn’t have a fit, it just goes to the next room in its system. Now, the only bad news is apparently the mop isn’t fantastic, but I don’t know because I don’t use it. By all accounts it is fiddly to change over and it’s much quicker for me to just mop the floor than change parts and fill up a tank. BUT, I didnt buy it for its mopping ability, I bought it for the longer battery life so it could do my larger house in one go. It has got stuck a couple times. It sometimes shuts itself in a room if the door is not opened all the way. You will still need a vac to do behind doors etc, but not very much, unless you want to lock it in each room and move it manually. For me it’s just easier once a week to vac behind the doors. It’s not overly loud, but it has surprised me when it comes on all of a sudden, but after a minute you just don’t notice it so much. My old dog is 9, and due to my oldest scaring her with the dyson when she was a pup, would not even be in the same house as a going vac, (and is literally scared of her own shadow!!) is not even in the slightest concerned about it. You can easily hold a normal conversation, except when you have it on the highest setting. It’s a bit louder then. But on the mid setting we’ve all slept through it’s cleaning schedule. It’s just not that loud. It’s definitely worth buying if you can get it on sale. I managed to get mine at JB HiFi for half price due to a stuff up. At half price it is definitely worth the money. I would buy one again. The only thing I wish eufy would do is make this compatible with an auto empty station. Then I’d give it 10 stars.
