past 2 days, not to expedite the shipping but just to get an honest answer about when to expect it to be sent. They have not responded to either, and I suspect I may never receive an answer unless I post here. At least on this platform they have to respond to save face. Very unprofessional, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

tracking number, it came from China? I thought these guys are meant to be Australian based? If we knew this then we would have just bought from China ourselves for like a third of the price for the same thing.

Suggest sticking with the name brands with actual store fronts like AutoID in the UK or Zero Offset who are actually in Australia and have GREAT products that ACTUALLY FIT. Euro Active Retrofits is just cheap crap from China obviously, we just wasted a few hundred to find out. Shame.

DO NOT SHOP HERE - it is just a scam – ordered two items through this website: LED car door lights and an M Performance mirror caps. The mirror caps were never delivered. I received the LED door lights, but they did not fit in my car (Wrong models). I have emailed them numerous times, but they never got back to me. This website is a scam. Be careful. Do not buy from this website if you do not want to lose your money.

inspect any of the products that are shipped to your doors.. it's just straight from China, to the CHEAPEST shipping company then eventually to your door. If you have any issues, questions outside of general logic or want any update about your order then good luck on that as you'll get f all support. We've tried buying a few items off these clowns and just get all the excuses in the world handed back. 'Moving production factory and inventory so have a back log...' sure, as if you have a factory just for you. Just look at the REAL reviews when googling the name as website ones look fake to bump up their ratings. Just as shonky as the other mob called Euro Style Tuning who seem to have gone bust or done a runner after receiving more complaints than orders. You have been warned. You can find and buy the same gear on Ali Express then at least have some back up when it's needed as opposed to empty promises and replies full of bull dust.

Have requested a refund at this point! They don't tell me anything until I contact them! No phone number so everything has to be emails!!

Complete scam artists – Dodgiest company in Australia. Took up dispute with my credit card company after not receiving a response they provided fraudulent documents to sate the bank. Still don’t have goods or a tracking number. Will seek civil action do not spend a $1 here they are absolute fraudsters

DON'T BUY – I wish I read these reviews earlier before placing the order. I'm on the same boat, more than 3 weeks. NO tracking, NO email, Nobody answering the phone. Thinking about report to police too.

connection with my phone. As for customer service, it's a game of chance. Sometimes they respond promptly, other times it feels like shouting into the void.

As for the product itself, it's a far cry from what they advertise. Imagine buying a knockoff Chinese version - that's the level of quality you're getting. The head unit feels flimsy, the screen lacks vibrancy and has a strange haze to it, and worst of all, it moves when you touch it. Installing it was a nightmare, requiring DIY work to make it fit (not what is advertised), swearing at misaligned screw holes, and dealing with cables that barely reach is a small taste of what's needed to make it work. And just to add insult to injury, the screen slightly angles away from you once it's installed. Need I say more? Do not make the same mistake as me.

No order , can’t contact, no tracking – No contact with company , apparently holiday season. Sent numerous emails. Getting their junk mail though.

STAY AWAY FROM THESE THIEVES – I will open a case with the Police and will report them at ACCC. They have taken the money they haven't shared tracking and they don't respond. Stay away from this company they stole my money

The best products and amazing customer service – Not only are the systems they install the best around, the install itself is so close to OEM I can’t tell (on a Mercedes). Aftermarket support (I was a pain and wanted to change the boot up screen) and they could not have been more helpful. Misleading Service and Delivery Claims – False, Misleading, Deceptive and Unconscionable Advertising.... This company claims "EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE" and Express Delivery within "5 - 10 days" It has been 3 weeks since I purchased a head unit from Euro Active Retrofits. advertised and still counting!!

I followed up 2 weeks ago and got the below message:

"We will do our very best to get this out to you as quickly as possible! At the moment we are dealing with a large volume of orders and working hard on fulfilling them all accordingly. At present I can see your order is in the final stages of quality assurance and should be packaged and shipped by the end of this week if all remains on track!"

That was 2 weeks ago! Since then, I have called, sent multiple emails and messages asking about the status of my order and tracking number with NO REPLY whatsoever... Had I known they would take this long and void replying, I would have bought the head unit elsewhere, as I needed a head unit urgently because my current unit screen has stopped working...

Every company faces logistical delays from time to time, but not having the courtesy to reply to numerous follow-ups or provide an update to consumers, when you have already failed to uphold your claims of delivery time is unacceptable. Huge service failure with no service recovery! Failed to uphold consumer guarantees and adhere to ACL.

They should change the delivery time on their website if they know they cannot fulfill the claim, as that was the sole reason I bought it from them.
