In the run up to Christmas I was looking for something novel for fillers for my 18 grandkids, none of whom have ever been to Europe, let alone the UK. I also absolutely love Finlandia vodka liqueurs, which, sadly aren't made anymore. I came across this store, and was pleasantly surprised by their wide range of products. Even more surprised that their pricing was not as extortionate as some others. Most stock is slightly higher than expected, some is actually a lot cheaper, but the big draw is that some can't easily be found elsewhere, so I placed a large order which arrived quite quickly. All great so far. So I placed a second quite large order, again all was OK. I next placed an order for Christmas, and included a box of chocolates that are my wifes favourite, and which I couldn't get anywhere locally. Again arrived quite quickly, and was pleased until my wife opened her chocolates. The fillings had melted and were unrecognisable, the chocolate shells had turned to that horrible pale powdery consistency and inside the box was just a mess. I have since contacted the company several times and have not even had the courtesy of a response. This is a real shame and, for me at least, totally ruins the experience. Shipping was great, pricing was acceptable, and, other than a couple of early FRY's chocolate cream bars that were over date, and not great, the quality was good, up until then. For me it doesn't matter how good you are at selling and supplying it doesn't matter a bit if your customer service is lousy. Ignore me and I won't be back
