an exceptional case. Worst fridge ever owned, worst customer ever had. Never recommend purchasing their product ever again.

Oven needs to be on full ( the 'Max' mark just above 250) anything less seems to only warm food. Stovetop even worse, flicking on and off , which I do understand is the way these ceramic tops work, but the heat is SO imprecise and seemingly random many meals are simply unable to be made. Euromaid has created the worst in this technology.

Euromaid 7kg washing machine – This is the perfect washing machine for small spaces. It has many features and options. The quick wash feature is amazing and is not hard on clothes, at all. Euromaid glass top upright cooker – Cooker is 7 years old, has never failed. Easy to clean. I dropped a mug and cracked the glass top. A local repairer ordered and fitted a new top very reasonably. ( Hennig Electrical ) I since have made a cover fir the glass top. Show reply

Rubbish dishwasher. Lasts just past 2 yr warranty – Dishwasher dies 3 months outside of its warranty which was only 2 years. Surely a product should last longer than the warranty. Unreliable and terrible service – I would give 0 starts if I could. “[Name Removed]” who told me she would get back to after speaking to a manager as she agreed it didn’t seem right. Few days later I follow up and am told no one who works there is called [Name Removed] and they have no record of my call and refuse to proceed with anything without payment.

If you want a machine that will only last you two years then sure purchase a Euromaid.

I was talked into buying this brand by a sales rep and it was the biggest mistake I’ve ever made, the service is appalling.

Service. What Service? – After 2 months of trying to get them to come and service the oven, I have given up and have had to go to a repair company rather than the company who own it! They were keen to come at first, but eventually just stopped corresponding with me. Wish I had read some of these reviews before I wasted all that time.

Control panel problems – We bought a Euromaid free standing oven with separate grill. Oven works fine but the markings on the conrol panel whiped off. This was replaced and on the first clean these also wiped off. It's a guess as to what function you are using in the oven and which hotplate will turn on. Very dissa with this product.

Bad choice – Do not buy euromaid, the stove I bought stop working after 2 months and it s been phone call after phone call and still no one came to fix it after one month waiting with no stove, also everytime I call them they have been really rude and short trying to avoid to fix my stone. I WILL NEVER EVER BUY EUROMAID AGAIN

Absolute rubbish – The stove (oven and griller) was a complete waste of money! Grill element sagged within 6 months, couldn't be fixed according to Harvey Norman technician, where it was purchased. The one to five system on oven temp is useless as the temperature has never matched to the 1-5 temperatures! Buy a cheap and nasty microwave instead

RUST BUCKET – My Landlord installed a Euromaid electric stove in my unit about 4 years ago, within a couple months the burners were developing red rust, even the ones that were never used. and the joints in the framework were rusting out too. This oven is a vessel for a sick victorian child – Recently came into contact with one of these dumb ovens. you feel you have too much faith in humanity. Because, frankly, after experiencing an oven from this company I not only want to kill myself, but every other human being as well. Take humanity back to the primordial soup, because at least then, there were none of these ovens. These ovens have left a stain on humanity worse than Pandora when she opened the jar or Eve when she bit the apple.

I WOULD LIKE TO BE ABLE TO WASH MY CLOTHES! FFS!!

Considering the fact that you don't really even do laundry that often. I swear I havent even really used it that much. My old washing machine was a fisher Paykel and that lasted a long long time. easily 6-8 years. I only sold it when I moved a couple of years back.

Don't waste your money on this brand!!! – After the first week of purchasing a free standing Euromaid oven the large burner on the cooktop wouldn't stay on. Gradually over approximately 2 years I'm now down to 1 burner, the grill as of a today now won't stay on and the oven is hit and miss on any given day. The oven was about $600+ but after this experience It wasn't worth 60 cents new. Do not even consider this brand !!!

Won't be touching Euromaid again – Purchased 10kg front loader washing machine in January 2022. In 2023 the control panel stopped working. Waited around 6 weeks for a replacement part before they finally just replaced the unit. After just a couple of months the new unit started playing up and would only work in one mode (luckily the one we mostly use). Now in January 2024 the control panel has once again stopped working.

Don't waste your money – Wish we had read these reviews before ordering. Bought a new gas cooktop/ oven . Hot plates are ok. Oven cooks everything at 200c and doesn't adjust up or down. I expected more for my near $1000. We've had 3 different warranty numbers, then they send out an electrician, for a gas oven!!!. He walked away saying nothing I can do! Now we're told another 3 weeks until someone can look at it. So we've had no oven for months. Not happy.

with the Euromaid service dept. I contacted that dept and was advised unless I had a phone I could not get a service call. Subsequently, I contacted the customer support team who have not responded to my request for service call/replacement - this unit is under warranty and as a pensioner, without a phone I cannot get a service call, replacement or a request to the customer support centre - what sort of appliance service provider is this?

Better off using a microwave seriously – My mothers gas oven is constantly shutting itself off during cooking!! This is disgraceful-and dangerous. Some dick!ea* customer service tech told her " she needs to cook with the oven door open- this will fix issue " ?!? Are you effen kidding me? Absolute joke cheap brand. Do NOT recommend!!

90cm cooktop IMZ96 is terrible! – Most of my pots considered too small to work, a pot base of 43 cm was too small! A pot full of water took 20 minutes to boil. The cook top was so bad we got it replaced and paid extra on electrical just to get rid of it. If this system would allow me I would give it a 0 stars

Got it sorted eventually – They say a technician will call you back but when you finally talk to someone they say they are not a technician. At least we got there at the end and I didn’t have to wait as long as some others.

Disappointed. Would honestly vote 0 stars if I could – Dishwasher broke after less than two months. The rigmarole to get the bloody thing fixed. Called and was told a service technician would call within 2 business days. A week later I’m having to call back and given nothing but excuses. Dishwasher won’t be fixed for another week. Best believe I won’t be paying for my service charges even if it isn’t a manufacturing issue. Incredibly disappointed and frustrated.
