Hi I have the Euromaid electronic clothes dryer ,when I turn it on it spins really slow ,it was working perfectly before hand ,do you know what would cause it to do that

Euromaids are crap dryers! Don’t bother emailing the company, I did when my dryer, that was not even a year old yet, wasn’t drying, was very loud and produced a burning smell. I got no help!

I bought the Euromaid DE6KG 6kg Vented Dryer eleven months ago. Just now, five minutes into a cycle, I could smell burning and black smoke was pouring out of the machine from the drum. Is it still under warranty?

My Euromaid DE6KG dryer is a few years old......has always sounded like a threshing machine but that never really worried us...it worked well.....in the last 2weeks is seems like it is only operating at half speed ? It warms up slowly and only spins slowly....eventually it just stops.....should I shoot it and put it out of it's misery?
Nah complain to Euromaid as much as you can and have them replace it

Thanks for the reply Mitch....I had a wee look at it and discovered a small white plastic bush broken in the bottom of the dryer cabinet. Looks to be one of the lower drum bushes that has worn thru and broken off. Can anything be done?

Hi there my friend brought a unit and this unit was installed on the wall. The problem was the dryer was to big for the space and as I needed a dryer he sold it to me for the cost of a 4kg dryer which fits the space. I have 2 questions 1. how do I get on with the warranty. 2. I dont want to wall mount it but the panel is upside down can i buy a panel that is the right way up.. Thanks Terry
