Dishwasher is only about 4 years old. Turns on and beeps but then nothing , won’t start cycle. When I cancel and it counts through the last minute of the cycle the pump switches on to drain the water and the cycle ends as normal . I called someone to repair and they claim it would cost over $500 to fix and I’m better off buying a new but different brand
Hi Jojo, thank you for reaching out to us. It sounds like you may have experienced an overflow. Some water must still be at the base, if this can be removed and dried you should have the machine start as normal again. If this doesn't work then you would require a technician to take a look at it. Thanks

Good morning I am considering buying the EDWB14S I wanted to check that the interior of the machine is Stainless Steel and the B within the model number it through me but it is definitely SS on the front door and not black Thanks Dell Qld
Mine is that exact same model number. The interior is stainless steel and the door is too. The door is a sort of brushed look, not bright and shiny like the interior - thank goodness as otherwise it would show fingerprints something chronic!

The BLDC motor is a very premium feature which reduces the noise level of the dishwasher and is much more durable than a standard AC motor.
We offer a 5 year parts-only warranty on this motor, whereas we only offer 2 years on a standard one
The interior of this model is fully stainless steel
