Fix it or take it away! – The stove has had all it's numbers and letters wiped off,when it was wiped down after stove was used to steam food. Now when we want to dial up a function and to select heat settings on coils,or select the oven temperature settings it is done by random selection,indicators are gone. The stove needs replacing or to be fitted with engraved indicators like some of the other stoves. This fault is mentioned in the warranty Para 3 "Faulty Parts and Workmanship" by Euromaid.

June 28th 2018 Update: Wot Tha!!

The wife used a steamer on the right rear plate, on finishing she wiped of the water from the steam off the rear control panel, at the same time she wiped of the numbers and letters around the dials.What now? This has to go down as a defect in materials and workmanship? Not bad for a product that has been in use for 3 weeks.

Looked smart-chose to replace old stove – I wasn't told it had an electric grill, which I don't really like as hard to control. Then the glass front on the grill shattered and it has taken several months to fit another one(wrong type) and then get a replacement. That was a bit disappointing, so hopefully it will work and not fall apart on me!(PS I had it for 16 months before the damage happened)

New oven exploding glass – Bought this to replace a old bellini oven we had. Had it installed on saturday in my investment property. Sunday morning real esyate advises the oven grill door no longer had the glass on it as it had exploded very dangerous luckily no tenants were in the property. I will add photos for you to view.

EUROMAID 100% AUSTRALIAN OWNED - MADE IN EUROPE – Oven is designed to appeal to the eye, however its functionality leaves a lot to be desired. Lets start with the digital clock, setting the time is not a an easy feat even studying the users guide over and over. The next obstacle is if you want to use the oven you must set a time on the clock display for how long you wish to use the oven. If this is not set the oven will NOT operate, supposed to be a child safety feature. For the elderly folk this is quite a mind blowing exercise just to cook an oven baked meal ! The oven itself takes along time to reach your desired temperature, however I must say that once the temperature is reached and with the fan forced function operating, the cooking is quite quick - a positive ! We move onto to the grill, the grill does not have height adjustable racking, hence the grill tray and rack sits just sparingly under the cooking element. This tends to burn things quite quickly unless you use a very low heat setting and are quite patient to wait for your your mouth watering steak. Overall, not 100 % user friendly, in all honestly I cannot rate this item as 2 star "Bad". My 3 star "OK" will suffice. I would strongly suggest if you are particularly interested in this model have your sales rep try and explain the process of the digital clock - good luck !!!
