Absolute joke – We bought this machine from Appliances Online and even after having it replaced are still waiting for it to be fixed from 15/1/2020. With four children this is not acceptable. in a knot and comes out of the machine a wrinkled mess, and has stretched some of my favourite t-shirts and absolutely destroyed my bras.

i find the different settings are useless, putting in less or more clothes doesn't seem to help, changing the water levels doesn't either. truly, what a waste of money. avoid this machine and brand if you can, looks like their customer service is awful from the previous reviews here. can't wait to buy a new machine.

Horrible machine – Horrible machine that leaves your clothes no only tangled together but covered in lint, resulting in more work in the backend when you are folding or ironing. the technical department, sent them and surprise - they never got them. Sent again, still no reply. Phoned, no answers - no callbacks. Today the 1800 number would not answer, so I ring the 1300 - I asked to be called back as I am not going to sit on hold on a 1300 - guess what .... no return call. If this is customer care .... very disappointed. Maybe waiting for me to give up ??

Even if you follow the washing machines user manual you will be informed that your warranty (including paying for a extended warranty) will not cover the repair of the machine and your be liable for hundreds of dollars in repair.

When you try to get a straight answer around the washing machine repairs they will bounce you around Appliance Online, the manufacturer, various customer care / complaints departments via phone calls and emails requesting photos of the issue and all giving you inept answers to your queries, trying to justify a VERY BELOW AVERAGE WASHING MACHINE POOR FOLLOW UP CUSTOMER CARE AND EVEN WORSE WARRANTY.

Terrible! – I wash 2 loads of washing a day - we are an active family! This washing machine is noisy, clunky and simply ties all my clothes into a knot. It is so hard on our clothes and the quickest cycle is just over an hour. I have been patient with it - tried putting in less clothes and then more clothes in a wash - end result - terrible. Will not fill up with water – This machine from day one has never put enough water in to wash clothes,even on the highest water setting there is not enough water to cover even half a load. Terrible machine - this is now the second in 18months that has failed – This failed under warranty at Christmas last year and it took weeks to replace it, Like clock work it has failed again. Would give it MINUS10 if I could!! – What a useless and disappointing washing machine - its water sensing means that if you have a bulky wash with very little weight your laundry ends up not even wet!! the fact that the machine is using a rainwater tank to fill (and as such has less pressure than mains water). This too was false information as I have now switched to mains water pressure and the machine still stubbornly refuses to use enough water to wet the clothes, let alone wash them. I was annoyed at the company insisting that it had to do with my water pressure as these machines were sold throughout country NSW (where most of us use rainwater for our laundry). The company told me that I could always use the heavy cycle (sure why not just waster more water for any extra rinse?) or the blanket cycle (which by the way will not wet and wash my lightweight queen doona). I replaced my 30 year old Kleenmaid with this useless piece of junk and am so sorry I did (I thought that I would replace my machine before it gave out)!. It washes fine when it decides to use enough water (or I bucket it in) but at the end of the wash cycle the clothes are so tangled, that everything needs ironing!! As soon as I am able I will replace the machine - and send this one to the tip - I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy! I have nothing positive to say about this machine

do not waste your money – Unless you want a washing machine that sounds like a jet turbine engine has dropped its bearings and is ripping into the casing then this is the machine for you. It's just alright – Only purchased because I was desperate for a machine after 18yo Fisher & Paykel died. Ordered a Samsung but drainage hose was on the side so wouldn't fit. 7.5kg, this is an 8kg but I could swear the bowl is smaller, even though the F&P had an agitator.

The machine is pretty quiet and a normal wash takes about an hour, but it's a mixed bag on the spin; some things come out almost dry, others feel quite wet.

The wash quality is ok. Never had anything bunch up into a ball etc which was my fear with a pulsating machine.

I clean the lint thingy after every wash. It seemed after the first wash it had a decent amount of lint but every wash after it's empty. I washed my white sheets yesterday and they were covered in lint and lint thing was clean after that wash so it's obviously not doing what it's supposed to.

If you put liquid detergent in the dispenser it immediately just pours out. Might as well just chuck it over the clothes.

I've only had it a week but would I buy another Euromaid washer? Prob not. It's a great price but I guess you get what you pay for.

Same problems with machine HTL80 – I have all the same problems that you were having. The machine won't spin and the drum jumps around and smashes into the side of the cabinet and i end up having to hang my clothes out soaking wet. Never buy a Euromaid HTL 80 – Have had it repaired as it will not go through the cycle, always is unbalanced & makes a banging noise, not filling up all the way, & leaks water from bottom, it is level still doing the same things we have to take the washing out before the spin cycle has finished & hangout dripping wet. Worst washing machine ever – Had this for 2 months and then it broke .repair man came out said it was the panel .replaced panel ,but it wasn't the panel motor blew up.didn't fill properly on wash cycle. Don't buy a Euromaid washing machine – Machine stopped after 5 weeks. Repairman came out and said it needed a new control panel. Today the control panel was fitted. Absolute Disaster – The worst washing machine ever. Lasted 5 weeks and it broke . Have now been waiting weeks for a part and will never ever buy another Euromaid washing machine again. It is also very rough on clothing. I hate it. I am tempted to take it to the tip and buy a different brand.
