No problem – I purchased this approximately 6 years ago & have had no problems at all. Reading some of the reviews i could only assume the problems are due to people doing stupid things. Yes if you leave the door open while oven or grill is operating it would melt knobs! Doesn't cook or brown food properly, are people using the correct temperature & placing… Read more
the food on the correct shelf in oven? I cook amazing roast dinners, cakes, casseroles & a variety of other foods have never had any issues ever. I wouldn't hesitate to buy this brand again!
Happy Customer!
Only buy as last resort- its crap – I use this stove in my townhouse and its the worst stove I've ever used... It's hard to regulate the temperature on the top plates while cooking. It uses excessive power (I've done isolation tests). The white powder coat finish stains easily and the knobs break and melt easily. it is a piece of crap- if you are thinking about buying this stove… Read more
then you are either a cheap face or you are doing up a rental property! If you are a landlord do not blame your tenants for this $599 stove not being in good shape when they move out! Cheap and nasty.
cheap crap – We bought our house and where so happy that a recent renovation saw a brand new still wrapped stove . i unwrapped with so much excitement my new first oven...after using it gril is terrrible melts the knobs..the hotplates within one year have rusted... and the oven would have to be the worst oven ever!!! hot spots soggy veg i cant and now the… Read more
oven thermostat killed itself... hubby and i have had oven fan forced in our other homes and would gladly go back there to cook. This is really annoying and upsetting as i love to cook and now i dread mealtimes. it is being ripped out and dumped GARBAGE pile is where this oven belongs people.
Worst oven ever don't consider buying one – Top plates have rusted, excess heat from the hobs when using average frying pan have burnt surrounding white area, do not believe the 2 year warranty on offer when you make a claim they blame you for everything, this is the last product I will buy from euromaid.
Worst stove ever used! – Clearly an ultra-budget model installed on the cheap in rental accommodation - when I moved into my current place I thought I had been transported to the 60's... Hobs rust up and have extremely poor convection, and as for the oven... poor, uneven and unpredictable cooking results. If you own your own house, NEVER buy one of these. Worst stove EVER!!! Nothing Everything
Spend 10% more or pay the price – Terrible oven, so bad I am bothering to log in and say so. Firstly, dangerous. The oven nobs melt when grilling, because they are just above the oven door. You need to fit a protector to prevent this design flaw from causing a fire. Very damp when roasting, soggy everything. Cold and hot spots in oven, manual recommends rotating baking, not so… Read more
great for your cakes! The rollers (on the under oven warming draw) and the metal they screw into is very flimsy.. and badly designed. Metal hob tops need to be treated well or they rust, so bad for your beach house. This oven is probably only bought by tight landlords for their tenants, but in my opinion should have never been imported from Turkey. It will be a memorial to man's stupidity everything
Great budget stove – This is a great budget stove and have in our holiday apartment. I have had mine now for 2 years and I find it works well. reliable
Only suitable for people on a budget – This stove was chosen by my landlord in a flat I'm renting. When the men installed my stove, they warned me that the hotplates will rust if I don't look after it. They recommended that I buy a cleaner for this purpose, which I did. The instruction manual suggests the occasional rubbing of oil over the hotplates to provide a protective coating. … Read more
I am no expert on white goods, but the stove seems slightly cheaply built. When you use the grill, the instructions say you must use the specially designed knob heat shield - this is a long metal thing that you attach underneath the knobs to protect them, which can be tricky to attach until you get used to it. As I am a careful tenant, I always use this, but a tenant that was less attentive could forget to use this and possibly damage the knobs on the stove.
It seems that the hotplates have the potential to rust, so I have purchased a hotplate cleaner to prevent this, but I still worry that I might not be looking after the hotplates enough. As far as the heating of the stove goes, sometimes I think the oven might be a bit slower to cook food than other stoves I've used, but I'm not sure. It does the job i.e. cook the food. Having to use the metal guard to protect the knobs on the stove. Worrying about the hotplates rusting.
