I have the airmatic black series and I’m looking for the manual if anyone has a link? I also need to get replacement filters would anyone know where to get them from?
I have the euromatic 3.5 kW. I love this machine, And wondered if there are longer duct hose for them as the only window I have is in dining room and although it cools the lounge a bit I would rather it in the lounge

You can't. The machine uses too much power. The heat it generates is pumped through it's exhaust hose (which isn't insulated) so it just radiates back into the room. The harder you make your AC work, the more energy is produced. The best is to go the other way and use less energy so you create less heat. Best option is a coolzy but if you can't get that then use a fan
Hi how can I stop my air con spitting water out the top.
We can not get our aircon to work, it will not get any cooler than thr room it's in. It is a 3.5kw and is good for 18-23sq room, our room is 16sq so should be ample. Has never worked. Any suggestions? We have followed all info and directions and double checked everything
the short answer is that portable A/C's do a terrible job at cooling the room. The hot exhaust pop just radiates heat back into the room (the same heat you're trying to pump out). The machine itself, then tried to overpower the heat by using more electricity and generating more heat. It's a vicious cycle. These portables normally have big powerful fans and compressors that are noisy, heavy and expensive. There are better machines than this. I won't mention brand names but they've won all the awards. Perhaps check them out :)

Has anyone had a problem with their Black Series A008A-18C not working at all and beeping? I can see the fan moving very slowly too. I called the help line but their phone reception was terrible. I emailed them but haven't had a response yet. I'm thinking sensor or a fuse. It was working perfectly and I did get 4 or 5 years out of it. Any Ideas are much appreciated. Damon.
Does the Euromatic PAC35Kw model portable air conditioner have a drip tray that needs to be emptied or does it get drained via outlet plugs when full and where is the drip tray if it has one?
