I bought a Eurotag 208LT 2 Door Under Bench Back Bar Display Fridge from Eurotag Australia in Dandenong in January 2023. A little over a year later I noticed rust starting to form at the bottom corner, and this progressively got worse, although it is supposed to have an "Water Tray self evaporating". Eventually in March 2025 the whole left door hinge fell apart from the rust.
I certainly expect a fridge to last more than a couple of years so I asked Eurotag about repair or replacement. They said they had never seen it before so but offered no solution except for saying they don't think it can be repaired but to take it myself to a repair man.
They've refused to provide a tax invoice or any other assistance in resolving the issue with their Eurotag fridge.
Very helpful stuff – All the products come with warranty and after warranty finish can help for parts or service
Eurotag Chest Freezer – Great unit. Owned for 6months works very well for the price. Thanks Eurotag
Eurotag dishwasher – Ive had this dishwasher over 8yrs and never had a problem with it. Great product. EUROTAG are also helpful
EUROTAG whitegood Warranties are fake, exist only in the advertisement so beware! – I bought 2 of these big domestic freezers for the family via eBay on 5 April 2022, The advertisement's headline "EUROTAG 580LT COMMERCIAL WITH LOCKS CHEST FREEZER BEAND NEW 12 months warranty" reassured me and both arrived ok, one delivered with a big dent on a corner which I didn't claim on and they worked fine. Until a week ago and just 5 months into the warranty period when the motor on one 100% failed and everything thawed out.
The end result after 9 phone calls and emails is Eurotag told me that there is no warranty, they won't repair or replace it and to stop complaining.
So I just engaged a local repairman and reported Eurotag to ACCC as eBay are a waste of time, being complicit in their sellers' shonky ways and blocking out complaints from consumers by the thousands... read them here!
Anyway, Eurotag (aka discountappliancesonline) have missed out on a lot of business already as I was about to buy 2 more for family members for Christmas plus a large upright display fridge for our office. That's karma at work and Harvey Norman have done well out of it :)
Hope this warning helps someone out there.

KARMA UPDATE... Since I got nowhere with the "Warranty" from Eurotag (aka discountappliancesonline), I instructed my bank to reverse the purchase transaction done on my debit card & they agreed.
I got my $1050 back and Eurotag will have a bung freezer to collect from my footpath in Brisbane.
Always pay by bank card to stay in control of the transaction, and don't leave it to a dodgy seller at eBay.
