Stop working completely 1 month after warranty – I brought this washing machine with 1 year warranty from an actual store, not online. The sales person was ok at the time of purchase, I installed it, the machine was good for a year except it takes forever to finish 1 cycle, to reduce the time of the cycle, I need to set it to synthetic quick wash, one of the shortest program, the clothes comes… Read more

out dripping water, then run it with spin only to get the water out, annoying but better than 2 hours for 1 load to finish. 1 year and 1 month, the machine stopped working completely, called the store, extremely rude person, it passed the warranty period, non of their business they said, what type of business would use this type of attitude towards their customers? Paid a white good servicer myself, the motherboard died, need to be replaced, $150 call out fees with $200 material, I might as well buy a new one, but he will charge $150 call out fee even if I don't fix it, anyway, fixed it. The service guy that I find was very helpful, he tested the machine, and advise me the water level is too low, it is not going to clean the clothes, the clothes will come out very dirty, I thought it is set, he said "no", it can be adjusted, but only the technician can do it, so I supposed to buy this brand new, then pay $150 for a technician to just increase the water level that was set way too low to wash clothes properly? It has been 2 years since I paid the $350, so far, no other problem except I need to sometimes turn off the machine, hand roll the drum a couple of times when the machine decided to freeze in the middle of a cycle, annoying of course, the cycle has to start all over again. It is one of the cheapest washing machine, now you can get one similar for $250 with 3 months warranty only, cheaper than ever, reducing warranty from 1 year to 3 months obviously a huge indicator of how easy this price level machine breaks. The technician also said don't bother buying expensive machine, the more expensive they are, the more it is going to cost you to fix, example, a $1300 machine, replacing motherboard will cost around $450 plus call out fee, he said I better buy a cheaper one, use it for two years then replace it if it breaks, sad, but he said machine these days no matter how many amazing things they say about the machine, they just don't build to last, it will break during warranty or right after, unless you buy one with 5 years warranty and the warranty covers everything that could happen to the machine, otherwise, there is no point of spending $1300 machine when it most likely will only last 2 years.

No help given when lid came off – This washing machine is now selling if you look for it on EBay for $220 and if you pick it up. Obviously there is possibly a problem with some of them - the lid is only held on by a couple of millimetres and not held there with strong hinges - as I say the lid just popped out and after used around 5 times as I was injured and still am - not much… Read more

washing done as I injured and washed out my underwear only mostly in the shower - a good machine if working if said it would but not so. Just so upset because no help and cannot afford another machine. Have not done washing since before Christmas and no help given at any time or offered - not even a call from a repair person to tell me how to fix it myself. When I rang I was fobbed off and then finally told I must have used excessive force - not true at all and never will be true. I am still cheesed off at PayPal too as they declined my claim and told me to get in contact with the supplier which I will not do as almost abusive last time I rang for help.

Rubbish People and rubbish item – A good washing machine to start with and did all I asked, reasonably quiet and I was able to choose the wash requirements. This was before the lid hinge came off and no repair done without me paying for it even though less than 6 months old. A joke on hard working people who save long and hard to buy a machine which is not from good people and… Read more

they should be reported - but to who? - they tell me themselves it is my fault for purchasing it - bad, bad people there and I shall tell all I can what they do.

Excellent machine at a value price – Does an excellent job, very pleased with it. I took the chance buying the Eurotag pair and both perform well and both have met my expectations. The function and styling excellent. Dryer door size bigger than usual, brilliant! Small touches, buzzer to alert you to when dryer load has finished and a reminder to clean the filter before the next load.

Awful! Don't waste your money – I bought this highlander (galanz of china) front loader washing machine and returned it within a week because the importer www.Lbau.Com.Au makes false claims as to its features. The machine has two water inlet valves; hot and cold. The importer first claimed that the machine uses hot water off the tap (your home hot water heater) as well as cold… Read more

water (claims made on the phone and also according to the product manual) then changed their story after i rang them to request a service technician. They refused to send a technician under warranty.

Having tested the machine over four days, i found that the hot water inlet is a gimmick at best. The machine uses the heating elements inside it to (expensively) heat up the water after taking in cold water from the cold water inlet. Even when you use the anti bacterial cycle (95 degrees celcius) the machine still takes in cold water and heats it up using the internal heater elements.

Don't waste your time and money. I returned it back to the shop for a full refund and bought myself an lg front loader which actually uses hot water from the hot water tap saving me money (i have a gas hot water heater).
