I paid over $1,200 to EVTowing Australia over 2 months ago and have heard nothing on progress despite many calls and messages. This company is a SCAM folks
Ordered my towbar, was delivered to my installer promptly & installed the following day. Has been great & good to know there is still Australian made products getting around
Ordered and paid for a towbar for a Kia EV5 in Februray 2025. No communication. Made several phone calls and sent email after two months. Phone aswering is by a contract reception service who only indcates they pass on messages to "[Name Removed]" - the guy who runs the business. Finally left a message with the reception service and by email to cancel the order and make a refund, unsurprisingly no response. Done my dough it seems. One star because zero stars is not an option. Be very wary of this business!

Actually, I finally received the tow bar, totally out of the blue, about 6 months after ordering. Good produce. But zero communications.
