Hi, I have an everdure which I very rarely use and I don't know how old it is because it was here 5 years ago when I moved in, but randomly the grandkids came over a couple of days ago and wanted to use my dishwasher which worked perfectly well at the time, although it did go for about 2 and 1/2 hours which I thought was ridiculous, but the next day I had a big puddle of water on the floor so I thought I did something wrong. So I turned it off at PowerPoint and again the next day I had water on the floor and about four or five times now I have these big puddles of water on the floor even though the dishwasher is not connected to power. Could someone please tell me what to do?

I have a dishwasher DWf146wc1 Dishwasher drain/pump randomly doesn't stop. Can go for hours(came home from work one day and it was still on). The only way I can get it to stop is by turning the PowerPoint off.

My dishwasher is about 3 years old and has started leaking at the bottom out the front, I have cleaned the seals but the leak is still happening at about 40 minutes left on a 1:30 cycle.

Is ok to connect the Everdure DWF146PS to hot water? The previous dishwasher was connected to hot not cold.
Good afternoon, as this dishwasher has a heating element, we suggest cold water connection. Cold Water Connection Connect the cold water supply hose to a threaded 3/4(inch) connector and make sure that it is fastened tightly in place. If the water pipes are new or have not been used for an extended period of time, let the water run to make sure that the water is clear. This precaution is needed to avoid the risk of the water inlet to be blocked and damage the appliance. The team at Everdure

Hi my EVERDURE dishwasher is only about 6 months old, it was purchased and installed as a brand new product. Love it and it’s so convenient but suddenly the door won’t close? We have double checked and triple checked there is nothing in the way stopping it from closing. It’s like the top of the door doesn’t lock in for it to shut.

What does e4 mean
Good morning, please refer to page 16 of your instruction manual, E4 refers to overflow. If overflow occurs, turn off the main water supply before calling a service. If there is water in the base pan because of an overfill or small leak, the water should be removed before restarting the dishwasher.
