EverTyres Sunshine West

The website for Ever Tyres is very intuitive and lists stock on hand. Prices are very competitive and equal or better than premium franchise named stores. This is included in the mission statement for the firm. Booked a fitting time and received confirmation of availability of my tyres. Online customer assistance was excellent. The Sunshine premises is rather run down and does not have reasonable amenities for customers waiting 90 minutes for tyre installation and wheel alignment. Management had an empty water dispenser with no cups and nil hot drink facility. Located in an industrial area, so not close to any shops.

Staff were friendly and provided a printout of the car's wheel alignment settings before and after adjustment on request. Whilst standard practise in the large franchise shops, it is often not available in smaller tyre shops. Relevance? My car had just had suspension work completed, and I wished to confirm accuracy having just invested in Michelin UHP tyres.

The polished interactive website did not match the client interface, and I hope some investment can be made to replace the fractured glass in the door to the office area.

In summary, no complaints, friendly staff, and good pricing. In store customer experience below par due to the lack of amenity in the waiting area.
