We had our move last Thursday. The experience was okay overall — the older mover was attentive and listened well, but the younger apprentice seemed careless with our belongings. Some items were dropped or placed roughly, and bed frames were left in the middle of the rooms even after I requested for them to be stacked against the wall, making it hard to move around.
Unfortunately, our newly installed render and metal frame were chipped by the front door. I’ve shared photos with the company and requested compensation for the damages.
The booking process was also confusing. I was told it was based on an hourly rate, but there were hidden charges that weren’t mentioned until after confirming the booking — extra costs for stairs, special items, and multiple trips. Despite providing a detailed list for our 4-bedroom house, the truck sent was too small, resulting in three trips and higher fees.
We’ve had several moving experiences before, but this was one of the least organized. I still appreciate that moving is hard work, but I hope the company improves transparency, communication, and the care given to clients’ belongings.
Phoned on short notice this morning after another courier pulled out when they arrived at the job saying it was too hard for them. I was liasing with ppl at other end who said The 2 guys who turned up were fantastic. Organised for SIL at my end to help and my very heavy table was set up perfectly. Would definitely recommend these guys
Follow-up · Table was placed exactly where we asked the movers. Table was wrapped securely so no damage was done to the table. Once the table was set up 8 chairs were brought in and placed around the table, thanks guts great job

Expert movers team were very responsive and arranged same day pick up parcel service. The team was really friendly, and called when they arrived at the pick up points to provide updates on the delivery.The items were delivered safely and on time.
