Horrible real estate – Absolutely terrible service when I spoke to the office manager [Name Removed]. She was extremely rude and I heard she is extremely degrading to her employees. I am really disappointed and advise everyone not to do business with Express.

Robbed bond – Worst real estate I came across in 15 yrs renting. They take days to reply email and robbed us $400 from our bond. Stay away from them. NEVER Will use they services again

Amazing services from Andrew Ng! – Amazing services from Andrew Ng! The whole process from the open house to the lease agreement sign off was very smooth. Andrew is Pleasant to deal with, available and responsive. We love our new place!

to why they decline giving their tenants mobile numbers of their property managers as without tenants they will be out of a job

The owner of the shop which my wife leased has a narcissist personality and is very selfish man not much less than the owners of this real estate agency it seems. Besides I would not recommend hiring Kogan painters and decorators ether the filthy rich landlords who almost destroyed an honest family business in Kingsford / Kensington

Warning!! – Express Realty will try to keep your bond as many other horrible reviews on the internet, or they will try to charge you unlawful bills along your stay. Disgraceful costumer service!! I do not recommend at all, run away from problems!!

Be prepared to have your rent going up over the market – Reviews in here and on Google reviews explains why they have so many 1 star rating. They will try to get as much money as they can from you. Stay away!

Be careful not to be scammed by ExpressRealty – Real Estate agents are often regarded as being quick to grab your pennies at the end of the lease term, but this one is extra quick and thrifty. I would be extra cautious in renting a property from them as it can leave you out of pockets hundreds, if not thousands for things not of your own doing. They took pics of another apartment and then lied through their teeth about it. Taking them to court. Steer Clear!

Steer Clear – Steer clear of this place. Rude, ruthless and nothing but liars and thieves. They will not be happy until they have bled every tenant of their last cent...then find something else to bill you for. They are not in business for their professionalism and skill that's for sure.
