Worst Lash lift at Exquisite Brows Southland – Worst lash lift ever. Technician prodded and scraped at my eyes over 40 mins applying glue. Too much glue and it didn’t work. Worst part I ended up with irritated swollen eyes and bruising . Unable to work for 2 days ! Bad hygiene and unprofessional.
Fantastic service and work – Will not see anyone else but Nora she us amazing
Eyelashes extention – I got my first ever eyelashes extention of my life done with Norah at Exquisite and it was such a worthy experience of having her done a fantastic job that it lasted me almost two months , the second time I didn't have to think twice and come straight to her , she is simply Amazing with eyelashes extention :) Show details
I cried – I’ve been going to Exquisite Brows for many years. I always go before a holiday so I can have perfect brows with no need to wear makeup. I’ve never had an issue at any of the stores and always leave so ecstatic over my brows. Today I left the Highpoint store and sat in my car and cried. I usually have long tails that extend past my eye. The shape is off, the tail has no point, no care appears to have been taken at all with them. I’m really upset and dissatisfied.
I didn’t say anything in the moment because the damage was already done and it was not something she was able to fix. But have emailed the company (will update review with outcome).
I have tried to find some photos that best shows how my brows usually are (some are with makeup but you get the idea) and included photos of what they now look like. I’m absolutely devastated.
I’ve never asked for a refund of a beauty service as it’s usually something quite minor that I’m just being fussy about but in this instance I don’t believe I am being unreasonable to be so upset and really hope they give me a refund of what I paid.
Please send all the positive vibes my way that they grow back okay!
Worst eyebrows, rude customer service – On entering the salon, the girl behind the counter was chatting on her phone. She told me to sit down while she leisurely chatted on the phone. friend." Which she continued to do for the rest of my procedure. Once my eyebrows were done, I paid, She was also cunning enough to ask, " You don't want a receipt do you?" I said no, as I had not checked out my eyebrows. It was not until I left the salon, I checked the eyebrows out, they looked terrible and 1 eyebrow was shorter than the other. Never going back rude customer service, horrible eyebrows. I should have read other people's reviews first, their experiences were worse than mine.
