Store did not open – Drove over 1 hour to go to your store. You were not open. Its a trading day on a Saturday. Many frustrated customers outside your shop. How about if you chose not to open then you do something like put a message on your Facebook page.. If you don't think about your customers then I will not be back.

Wick to take money slow to deliver/ liars – Purchase parts for my quads, they checked to make sure the money went straight to their account while in store, parts arrived over 2 weeks later from Vic. I was told to go to the post office to find nothing in our name has been sent, then a courier delivered, chasing part that weren’t sent, was told on 7/12 they’d received confirmation of email and was waiting on tracking number, 21/12 phoned store, received email of tracking number picked up on 18/12, @ 5.50 pm. They are quick to want the money, not in a hurry to send goods, they are liars and difficult to deal with, there is no customer service and I would not recommend anyone to deal with them.

Worst service ever – Would never deal with these idiots again, it would take too long to write about the dramas I had to go through, promised phone calls to keep me informed but never got 1

Funny If Not Goddam Stoopid – LEFT five items at the south Nowra shop. On consignment for sale. Main shop person had only piece blank paper, scribbled the following; asked how much do you want ? consignment, manager puts rifle on the counter with rego papers and says: "Right to go" I said "there are more bits" Manager says "No that is all you left" Further I said " NO, I left a rifle, rego papers, a bag, a de-cocking tool, and a bore guide. An annoyed he rings other store, waffles around behind counters and says "I don't think you left anything" ............ NOTE: is is an offence to carry a firearm without it being in a bag. That being the case how the hell did I get it into their shop ? he asks me what sort of bag was it, I tell him like the camo one here on his shelf. After a period i am given a choice on a scungy second hand bag, which I accepted. He then said "Oh we will look for the other bits" I leave the shop, am in my car he bangs on the back, opens the door and has the de-cocking tool in his hand "says is this yours" YES it was he then said "we will let you know about the other bits". All the listed bits were in the sale to Western Australia. The bit missing still is the Bore Guide, DEWEY made in the USA about $90-00 worth. Only comparable item was ex an Firearm supplier in Queensland. I pay for it and freight to be sent direct to WA.......done..... no problem. A whole mighty amount $47-50 including freight. I ring the shop owner tell him about this crap and he says he is concerned but go back to the shop "get the Manager to pay out of the till" Back to the shop I trundled, invoice for $47-50 in hand. Present it to the manager and I was told "look we found your missing bit". I said "Its your I have bought a replacement" trying to give him the invoice he says o"Go and jump" .... "I am not paying anything out of the till" I ring the owners shop again, he is not there, a fellow dope says "We could have hit you for $40.00 for advertising" ...... "Really do you have a copy of the ad ??" After more than a few emails, wasted phone calls, I am thinking i am now poorer than ever, getting near destitute chasing a 'pot of gold $47-50' Sent a brief summary to Fair Trading (always obliging and helpful) they respond and directed me to NCAT. Receive a confirmation of Court hearing NOWRA. The adjudicator (Magistrate) goes through all the paperwork. Owner of E O S says he wants the matter "struck OFF" Magistrate gives his reasons and awards me the $47-50. Owner flicks a $50-00 down the table, flicks the Bore Guide down also. I said "will give you the change" He mumbled something and walked out. I then dutifully went to this fab shop, with the hot $2-50 change in my mit to repay this amount of change. The startled manager looked sort of confused said "What are you doing here ?" I said "just bringing the change for you" ... putting it on the counter ! ! This customer oriented dope said "I don't want it just go" So I go'd. +++++++++++++++ NOTE: There are strict laws regarding the holding and documenting of goods left on consignment. Dumb nuts was not wise to this requirement. I can relate much heartbreak experienced by others dealing with these amateurs however would need a publisher to present it all. Other reviews of this outfit sort of spell it out !! Be careful .....DON'T.

Further comments regarding extreme outdoor sports. Makes you wonder just what a schamozzle this outfit must be. When businesses in the same field, outdoor equipment, sporting, shooting gear state that they have a problem with eos there must be a problem.

Never got whole order & 3 weeks to deliver the other half – I waited 3 weeks for my order to come & was missing one item that i needed for a overseas trip. Seller did not post item i purchased in order & lied about sending it, very frustrating. They don't carry items in stock & will resell from stores in the US. Adding another 2-3 weeks delivery to your order ... and that's if they even send it or… Read more

substitute it for something else like other people have had happen.

Would Not Use Again – Nightmare to order from online!! Took a month and a half to post, didn't reply to any of my emails either directly or through their website, finally sent the item and was a cheaper magazine and not what I had ordered and paid for. Still trying to get what I paid for over 2 months later. Only replied after leaving a bad review.

Crap! – Wouldn't help with a warranty claim of a shotgun purchased off them 3 months prior.. told me it's my responsibility to to contact the distributor. Then when asking about the price of a .22 savage and being shocked by the price given, I told them bankstown gun shop could do it for much less and was asked to leave the shop. Knobs!

Late but fair – I bought online from them and my item did not arrive. I have now been sent a express post with new item, I beleive the item was lost in the post and I beleive it is staff that is letting the bussiness down by not returning request for information it should not have taken this long to be resolved but I am happy that it has been.

care. Please don't purchase from these guys for your own sanity. Luckily money isn't a major problem for myself, but time is. I was relying on the products I purchased to be there the day I needed them. I would have paid three times the amount, but these jokers are actually useless.

I was told the product I purchased was not in stock anymore. Obviously my next question would have been "Then why was it for sale?", but I took the high road and offered a trade off for something I needed any that they apparently had in stock and was 2 dollars cheaper than the item I intended to purchase. The person I spoke to told me it wasn't a problem and he would be shipping it right away then.

A week later of playing phone tag with these guys and I finally get someone. The shipment was apparently delayed, some stuff about paperwork and/or staff on leave. In my head I thought yeah right, but gave them the benefit of the doubt. The promise was then made for that day, everything was apparently already done it just actually needed shipping. I waited another week. Usually when I get something online and I live quite rural, it arrives 2nd or 3rd day at most. But that is mainly due to the country delivery routes they have setup in the area. I would understand if the products were sitting at or dispatch deport, sadly not. These guys seem to think people that purchase things online, forget about them and don't chase it up.

So with that in mind, morally that is pretty wrong to say the least. Especially running a retail business. Secondly they promote and actively target an Australian market from home "Australia" and rip them off.

Please note; Not every person I have spoken to there is guilty. But most of them are no help what so ever. It is actually like they rely on people writing the purchase of as a bad venture.

Riffe snorkel, valued at around $130 from this company, as they had the best price. I thought it was strange that they never sent me a confirmation 'order placed' email after I placed my order. By Dec I was worried about where it was. I contacted them and was ignored. I contacted them again many times more, then finally the owner contacted me and reassured me it was in transit and then lied to me saying an order cofirmation and delivery sent email was emailed to me. Two weeks later I was quite upset, as I wanted these for the Dec holidays. So, I contacted them again with an "Oh, you should have had them by now" response. He said that he would track it down for me. Around another two weeks later I was at boiling point. The owner said that he would resend them to me at his cost and try and find the others. I ended up recieving my mask and snorkel nearly 3 months late!!!

Fast forward to Nov 2013. I was searching for a Sporasub Dry Backpack and Omer Dive Weights. Extreme Outdoor Sports Had them listed online and at the best prices (again). I thought that I would give them another shot, only to find that they tried the exact same game with me! I placed my order and got an order confirmation mail this time and a few days later an order dispatched email. Come Dec I was still waiting for the product to arrive. Dejavu. I mailed many times again, to have the owner tell me that the products have sold out and the suppliers are not carrying them anymore and he was "just about to email me" to inform me this and that he was refunding me the total amount. A few days later I got the refund. Were they trying to rip me off? Maybe, or maybe they just think that us customers are all naive and docile and will still want our order months late, after they finally receive their goods, as they do not carry all their listed stock. Bad, bad, bad!

Oh, and if you have questions for the happy owner of this company, don't expect him to be nice.

Order from them at your peril. Hope this review saves some from my frustrations,

Hanzo Products, brands and prices listed are excellent, but... They do not have most of it in stock, will charge you anyway making you wait months for your product!!! Very rude customer service.
