I wore aligners for 8 months to completion.
I do NOT recommend EZ smile because:
- My smile was worse than before I started treatment
- Aligners caused permanent gum recessions (adult gums don't grow back). This can happen with any orthodontic treatment - patients aren't often told about this. Personally, I think EZSmile shouldn't have treated my teeth
- Left with black triangle in top front teeth (this looks so much worse than crooked teeth)

Complete waste of time
Time wasters. Add about a $1,000 to advertised price. Spent a long time chasing them around to lock in the job but turned out they weren’t capable of doing the job unless I travelled an hour plus to go to their dental shop. After realising the price they offered was getting close to Invisalign it made it an easy decision in the end.

The moneyback guarantee is a lie hidden behind small print disclaimers.
Was optimistic about the process and the reviews however when I have received the mould for $100 I have struggled with making the mould even after watching the video.
The mould either hardens too quick for you to mix them properly or it hurts your gums when you are moulding it in your teeth. And worst of all, apparently all my moulds cannot be used.
I have had to place additional order of $25 of putty after being assured that the moneyback guarantee is still in place. And no they still rejected my moulds and requested me to purchase even mo...re putty. Not feeling very confident I asked for their 100% moneyback guarantee and suddenly they pretended that it did not existed and responded with a cold tone. I insisted that is what they have promised on the website and they have brought up disclaimers that I have to return the product unused (what a joke) or if they cannot specifically treat me. A lie that it is 100% customer service satisfaction moneyback guarantee. Very unhappy with the process. p/s: Am writing that Cherie (she's great) has attended to my issue and refunded in full. Apparently they will be amending the website so that no one will be misled in regards to the guarantee in the future.
