they answered every email within 30 mins which was a lovely surprise. The kit has now arrived and Im on the second set of aligners. Super happy and the kit had lots of extras such as a travel toothbrush and toothpaste pack, teeth whitening pens and tools needed for the processed.

Terrible experience – Terrible experience with this company. Spent all of this money and 6 months using their product. after correctly, they struggle to last the 10 days let alone 14 days they need to last, always cracking and so on. After going through the entire 6 months strictly following their guidelines, my teeth were still crooked, they just pushed all teeth into a line but they were still obviously crooked. 6 months of pain and uncomfort, thousands of dollars all wasted. Now they non stop message me trying to sell me more products. I told them to stop messaging me over 6 months ago trying to sell me stuff but they are still sending me messages to get me to buy products off them. Guys, please read the bad reviews on this company, I wish I did before handing this business my money.

shouldn't have treated my teeth - Left with black triangle in top front teeth (this looks so much worse than crooked teeth) - Could not chew properly after treatment (there was only one contact point between my whole upper and lower arch) - My teeth had huge gaps between them in the process, way more than they need to be to rotate teeth. This was very obvious - google 'black space between teeth' to get an idea - Wearing aligners is so inconvenient (it sucks not being able to eat while on the go if you can't brush, also I had to forego so many teas/coffees) - The timing for the last plate was way too short and my teeth kept moving back (so the suggested time I was in aligners should have been 5 months longer, based on industry standard)having aligners means you have to wear a retainer for pretty much the rest of your life (at night time)the moulds are really hard to make. I had to buy extra. - The staff sound like they are reading off a script and don't fully address your questions/also miss answering clear questions in emails.

Saying that, EZ Smile did refund my treatment cost. But what a waste of time, effort and stress..I would NOT recommend these to anyone, even for the slightest change. You don't realise how important your bite and white/pink space is until it's damaged. 

In the end, once finished treatment, I went to an orthodontist to see how much it would be to 'correct' the major issues the aligners caused ... $8,000. I decided not to get braces and was advised to just stop wearing the aligners (not wear them backwards). Great advice - I'd recommend this to anyone in my situation. My teeth were back to (pretty much normal) in just over two months.

Complete waste of time – Time wasters. Add about a $1,000 to advertised price. Spent a long time chasing them around to lock in the job but turned out they weren’t capable of doing the job unless I travelled an hour plus to go to their dental shop. After realising the price they offered was getting close to Invisalign it made it an easy decision in the end.

The moneyback guarantee is a lie hidden behind small print disclaimers – Was optimistic about the process and the reviews however when I have received the mould for $100 I have struggled with making the mould even after watching the video. The mould either hardens too quick for you to mix them properly or it hurts your gums when you are moulding it in your teeth. And worst of all, apparently all my moulds cannot be… Read more

I have had to place additional order of $25 of putty after being assured that the moneyback guarantee is still in place. And no they still rejected my moulds and requested me to purchase even more putty.

Not feeling very confident I asked for their 100% moneyback guarantee and suddenly they pretended that it did not existed and responded with a cold tone. I insisted that is what they have promised on the website and they have brought up disclaimers that I have to return the product unused (what a joke) or if they cannot specifically treat me. A lie that it is 100% customer service satisfaction moneyback guarantee.

Very unhappy with the process.

p/s: Am writing that Cherie (she's great) has attended to my issue and refunded in full. Apparently they will be amending the website so that no one will be misled in regards to the guarantee in the future.
