Terrible customer service – I was pretty excited when I found Ezy Epoxy as theoretically it solved my bathroom grout issues. invoice. 3 days go by and I am not sent tracking information or confirmation of dispatch so I emailed the Hotmail address. I get no reply (second red flag) and just hope each day the package will arrive. After the 9th day I suspected I'd been scammed but needed to get evidence of contact to make a PayPal claim for my money back. I sent another email, this time via the "Contact Us" section of the website. The following day I got an email from a Nexus Building email address simply saying "Unfortunately we are unable to fill your order, we have refunded the full order value through paypal. Our apologies for any inconvenience caused.". After much wasted time and inconvenience I would not recommend Ezy Epoxy as they're not capable of fulfilling their orders or notifying customers of issues without the customer having to chase them for information.
