Great service – I find Ezytaxback highly reliable and have been using their service for many years. Connor helped me a lot and for this, I am grateful. For those who complained, have some patience. They do their job well.

Great Value, professional and easy to deal with – For the price I have no complaints. Connor was polite and professional. I was able to send him my information of MYOB and after some questions and clarification my Tax Return was completed.

Very poor tax account service – The tax account is very slow to process your tax return. I submitted my tax return draft to them on Aug 6, 2021, 4 weeks later they have not got back to me until I followed it up. When they do, they didn't wait for you to review it first before lodging the tax return on your behalf. If you ask for explanation on certain things, do not expect for them to reply to you. You will not receive a reply.

I have been their customer for a number of years. It was really good at first. Ashley was ready friendly and fast to get back to me but over the years, their service has deteriorated.

Why still go back to them if their service is so bad? Because last year when I paid for their service via Paypal, I didn't realise that they have added it as recurring charges. When I find out, it was already too late. Careful with this if you are paying via Paypal.
