I booked a session and waited for 30 minutes without any update. No one approached me to explain the delay or offer any courtesy. I eventually left because the lack of communication was unacceptable. At this point, I feel it’s time to consider another provider.

Felt like I had to prove myself all the way through while conversing with her! I walked out! Instead I went with EZY TAX in Coomera Westfield and she was BRILLIANT! Bonus was I got a refund (never did get refunds with H&R Block) and the cost of their service was alot cheaper. I have been with H&R Block for 5 years and have never experienced an employee who was not helpful until NOW at Coomera Westfield! Will not be using H&R Block again especially not here in Coomera!

Raj has a warm friendly professional personality and she makes you feel like you are in good hands. to respond to me in a timely fashion. Last year I was very happy with the service, this year I fully believe that no work was actually done by the 'accountants'. I seemed to do all the work. I provided everything needed in great detail and I believe that the advisors just acted as data entry operators. No accounting was actually done and for the price it wasn't worth it. It also took over 2 weeks when I generally believed that it would be done and dusted in one day due to the amount of preparation I did and giving them answers to questions before they were asked.

I'm giving a rating of negative 5 stars for this year's tax services.

fine at the end and I said I have to think about this before I lodge my return. The so called boss who was pushing the guy to hurry up and move on to the next client came with a fee of $ 209. For what? I get that you spent time with me but being so unempathetic and charging me that fees despite I didn't lodge my return that was cruel and in human . They dont care , they just about the money they get from you. Yet they display on their website expert tax return. Its all a scam. You better off DIY if you can. Appalling lack of knowledge in relation to allowed deductions for my line of work despite the ATO using my industry as an example. Unfortunately I paid them upfront and as the advisor would not claim my correct deduction I told them not to proceed with filing my return. They would not refund my money.

I was very disappointed with the service I received. The process appears to be geared towards having customers sign and lodge their tax return during the initial appointment, without allowing sufficient time to locate receipts or supporting documentation that could justify additional deductions. of the appointment, my correspondence was ignored. I ultimately had to escalate the matter to the branch manager (multiple calls and emails), then the state office (multiple calls and emails), and finally the national office before even receiving a response. At that point, I was advised that an additional fee would apply to lodge an amended return.

The advertised guarantee that no deductions will be missed feels misleading. Customers are required to sign a waiver, which seems to significantly limit the value of that guarantee.

I was also disappointed by the handling of their complimentary apps, such as Receipt Hub and Spend Tracker. Withdrawing these tools at short notice creates unnecessary inconvenience for customers who rely on them for record-keeping. If an app is being discontinued, it would be far more reasonable to align the change with the start of a new financial year (01-July) and provide several months' advance notice so users can make alternative arrangements.

Also expect a lot of spam emails from them. There is no specific OPT-IN process, they just subscribe you.

I'm loving the new add. Nooot. Ppl get 24% discount on their tax returns lollllll. I have to pay over $300 for business and I'm a tiny business owner not working that much and still they whack me $300. Probably gone up since I started doing my tax myself. One size fits all is not good for h & r block. Ridiculous.
