Simon providing us with updates and always there to respond to our queries. It has been a very nervous and anxious 12 months for us, since we started the property investment journey. We were quite worried when material prices were going up and so many builders were closing shops. I guess we have to thank future assist for choosing the best builders in the business to ensure our property is completed relatively on time. From a predicted rent of $420 to the current $550, might sound like a big profit, if not for RBA deciding to increase rates threefold. However I must say, for the property to have such a demand and to be rented out in a day, Future Assist has really done their homework in choosing a good suburb and good property managers. Given the current interest rate situation, I would gladly take the neutral cash flow. Finally, we are really pleased to have started our property investment journey with Future Assist. Lets hope the property appreciates soon enough for us to go for Investment Property No 2.

Have had a court order to liquidate for well over a year. Still getting fobbed off /the run around. So many different `affiliates' that keep asking for the same information. Money still being drained from the account `bills'. Zero stars, Would not recommend.

Force sell to use either of all of their services, or none – While I was trying to use them as a buyers agent, they were forcing to use their accountant, lawyer for the will etc. Said: - We won't work with clients who will not do estate planning. We won't waiver from our principles. Also they sell only newly built buildings

just totally useless. Their objective is to make money off you from getting you to do things that they directly benefit from (as in commissions and introducers fees, etc) and it is not done with the clients interest in mind at all. eg change your super, insurance to new providers with an initially attractive offer that becomes exorbitant/deficient from year 2 and 3. I should have never fallen for all the positive reviews here.
