I would strongly recommend FABCAR to anybody that needs the ability to transport a power wheelchair to either give independence or more opportunity to allow their family to have outings together. FABCAR has the choice and designs available to accommodate most needs within the Australian population. Ali was incredibly helpful, providing prompt updates at every step of the process, which made everything smooth and stress-free. Happy Mobility – What a fabulous experience meeting Ali and buying our first mobility car. My husband and I booked an appointment to view the car and were met with a friendly face and a man full of knowledge. Ali showed us and told us about the car with no sales pitch. We then rang up again to book a drive, again there was no push to buy. We liked the way you had to book an appointment, which gave Ali the time to spend with you and answer any questions. After agreeing to purchase the car, when it was time to pick the car up, all paperwork was done and organised, all there was to do was sign documents. Ali also went through all details of the car, which we took videos of and that has been most helpful. Ali went above and beyond to help us. We would gladly recommend him to anyone. Thank you Ali.

Amazing Customer Service – I don't think we can put into words how amazing Ali and his team at Fabcar are. We were looking to purchase a disability Van and Ali walked us through all options and was not pushy at all. He even explained all pros and cons of vehice types to us and spent over 2 hours going through all options with us whether or not we purchased a vehicle with him. Ali is a geniunly kind and caring towards his customers. We then contacted him roughly 6 months later due to some issues with our paperwork. completely our fault and again Ali and his team all jumped to help. Honestly if i was ever going to purchase a car i would go straight to Ali at Fabcar.
